New favourite pre workout , I’ve probably tried them all but this is great , taste nice and good ingredients

Training booster
I have used pre-workout drinks before and thought I would give this one a try, as the reviews were good. On my training day I made the drink with the recommended dosage, two scoops in 200ml of water and drank it thirty minutes before training. After ten minutes my face and body were tingling, and when I looked in a mirror my face had gone red, then when I looked I found my knees and elbows were red and both hands. It took about an hour before all the redness and tingling had gone, but it was a little bit scary. Today I have take one scoop and although my face is tingling a little bit I have no redness anywhere, so if anyone is using this product be a little bit careful how much you take. By the way, it does give you a boost, but its very strong. I hope this helps anyone looking for a training booster.

Great pre work out
Tried a lot of different prework out stim free and with stim , this is up there with my favourite pump prework outs , taste great, good value for money compared to the top expensive ones , mix’s well and effects are good

Little or no effect at all
I'm using ABE for more than a year. Tried to switch with this but meh, 2 scoops? lol. I honestly felt black coffee give me more boost. The taste are great and easy to mix, will give stars for it. This doesn't work for me sorry and will not for sure. Now, I'm itching to finish the entire tube. Don't want to waste my money so sluggish workout month ahead. ✌️
