I have a number of KG Physio products in my home gym and they are all excellent quality. This foam roller is no different. The difficulty in buying fitness products is finding the balance between a poor quality knock off product and an expensive branded one with a price you cannot really justify - and this is where KG Physio excel. The roaller is the same quality as those professional grade ones you find in your local gym and in fact where I sometimes train they have asked me about the KG Physio bands etc. and are looking to change to them due to competitive price and excellent quality. As rollers go, this one performs excellently alongside my other "smooth" roller and hockey ball. There are 3 athletes in the house and all 3 use this roller regularly and it is showing no signs of wear. Make sure you familiarise yourself with foam rolling techniques before using as improper use could cause or worsen injuries etc. This product was purchased for my personal use and not discounted as part of a review.

Very impressed with this roller it really helps to work out the knots in those hard to reach places, it does hurt a little but the rewards are well worth it and weirdly it's kind of nice to feel it working on those deep muscles. however there is a fair bit of work needed to reach the right spot and you will find yourself in some strange positions. i knocked a star off because there are no instructions enclosed with the product and i had to look online for guidance, there is a right and wrong way to use a foam roller so if you are thinking of buying this product i would suggest buying a cheap guide book at the same time. all in all a very good well made item.

As described and good quality

It is a bit harder than I thought 💭 but I didn’t get bruises ( I usually get some if plastic ones ) . It gives you a good feel for stretching muscles and perfect size for me . I can use it for my back and , leg cramps . It requires a balancing skill and some arm muscles to support your body to use this roller to get a right amount of pressure . I have a plastic roller for legs as well but I prefer this as per the feeling over my body . Good performance for the price and looks pretty too . I’m revising my review : actually brilliant. nothing worked for my back muscles pains after some new gym works . But this has solved my problem. Amazing !😻
