This stuff is AMAZING. I was not expecting it to work as great as it did. Our carpets were stained from previous owners (red hair dye, wall paint stains, and god knows what else) we had a professional cleaner come in after move out and it barely made a difference. Fast forward three years later, carpets are still the same, tried this product as a Hail Mary from other reviews and after two applications ALL of our stains are 90% gone. I wish I’d taken before and after pics because even my family was shocked at how well it worked! For reference, we did 50/50 (solution and hot water) in a rental carpet cleaner for first application, let 100% solution set for 1-2 hours in harder spots, brushed it in with a toothbrush, then did 10% solution and hot water for second treatment. Carpets look almost new and smell amazing

Does a great job removing hard stains. We moved into a new house and the previous owner had a dog and left some hard stains. We used our carpet shampooing machine and this stuff worked wonders. Very impressed. I’m also happy that the smell isn’t overwhelming. Not too strong, and doesn’t smell at all like other pet enzyme cleaners that make me nauseous (for example, natures miracle). Smells like spring cleaner without being over the top.

I filled the concentrate reservoir in my shampooer and proceeded to shampoo a room, only to realize after doing the entire room that the reservoir was NOT releasing the concentrate into the main water tank. I didn't think much at the time bc even after a pre-vac, I was still getting up dirt. Today I redid the carpet but mixed the concentrate right in with the water(you have both options with this product as stated on the label). And WOW, what a difference! Not only the light fresh scent but all the gunk picked up. And this is in a house that's vacuumed thoroughly every week. I'm very impressed and money well spent.

I'm really impressed. This cleaner did a GREAT job of removing dirt, and left a pleasant, lightly fresh scent. I'm fussy about scent, particularly when called "deodorizing" as this one is. I've been put off by so many products that have way too much cloying, weird scent. This has none of that, just smells clean... and the carpet looks terrific. I have a 2-tank carpet cleaner -- one tank for water, one for cleaning solution that mixes in as you shampoo. My process is to put the cleaning solution in at the highest recommended strength, shampoo the carpet thoroughly, then go back over with pure rinse water. This product dealt with soiled traffic areas well, areas that had been much harder for me to tackle with previous cleaners. I recommend this product and will buy again.
