Sur mon articulation temporo-mandibulaire en attendant que les antalgiques agissent, il anesthésie la douleur. Pour les maux de tête, il fait un bien fou. Sur mes tendinites aux épaules aussi. Et je le passe dans mon cou régulièrement, côté gauche, pour stimuler mon nerf vague, le froid étant un excellent moyen d’activer ce nerf qui chez moi dysfonctionne. Si en plus il peut avoir es effets esthétiques sur la peau comme l'indique la marque, ce sera un bonus. Meilleur achat de l’année, que j’avais repéré chez une kiné américaine atteinte des mêmes pathologies que moi. La sensation sur la peau est tellement agréable du fait qu’on peut faire rouler l’objet, rien à voir avec des poches de glace statiques.
