Mount holds up great.
Mount holds up on the freeway and on the lake smooth water or choppy I donโt have the re adjust it. Good material fit finish and ease of use. Material holds up to the weather in the south fine and it is easy to adjust to keep my forward screen where I need it

My cockpit is tight and I needed a quality mount for a Garmin Vivid 5+. Used 10-24*1" stainless bolts and nylon lock nuts to secure the bracket to the mounting plate, 12-24*3/4" stainless screws with lock washers for the base plate into fiberglass. I genuinely expected the mount and display to sway or give but it feels very secure. No concerns about the sturdiness over wake. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because the ball and socket design barely limits certain angles. I got pretty close to exactly where I want, but would have preferred another inch or so of range.
