Shea butter is non-comedogenic. This means that it won't clog pores or cause acne. However, Shea butter can make your skin oily if you use too much of it at once. It also tends to absorb moisture from the air and turn greasy. Because of this, you should avoid using it on the face

Could this be worn just by itself? or does it have to be with foundation?

It could be yes but I mix it with my med color foundation, I put it on last over top of it. I love love this and on Amazon it’s approx$8.00 less than in the drugstores / Walmart it’s a dollar or so cheaper than drugstores but Amazon it cheaper . I get the 904 one and it’s really a rich deep color! I’m in Fla so I’m fairly tan all the time, this blends in perfect !

Do I use this as a moisturizer or on top of a moisturizer?

I use this on top of my moisturizer and before my sunscreen. I don’t find it that hydrating, but other people seem to have success just wearing it all by itself.

What’s the difference between this glotion and the lumi liquid Illuminator?

The illuminator is more of a liquid highlighter. Glotion is much more subtle and more like lotion with bit of a glowy finish(hence the name). Depends what you want it for. You could easily use the glotion on your body and all over the face like a normal lotion where as i probably wouldnt do that with the illuminator unless you wanted to look like a disco ball.
