can these be used in a thermal machine and hand drawn?

Yes they can and they work very well

Are these used for ironing on yo cups, t shirts and more? I see that option on f b ads

No these are for tattoo stencils on skin

Plastic film keeps getting stuck to thermal fax like it was melting. Machine is new, so am confused

What kind of thermal fax? Some require a plastic sleeve. Some have a speed setting you can turn up. This may be a question better suited for the thermal fax than the paper. If you use one of the cheaper thermal faxes (which I do) it helps of your stencil isn’t super thick. A solid black image will get caught up for some reason so outlined stencils are best with the cheaper machines.
