Not actually gray
Does what they should, would be nice if they clarified the color.

Good performance
Worked great. Used them with my church to build ramps in a Rigid collated screw gun and they had very little issues. Have used 2 buckets so far and ordered two more. Side note the Rigid gun does not run the Hitachi brand screws well at all.
