there's a big difference between 25 yards and 27.5 feet! which one is it?

A roll is 25 meters which is roughly 27.5 yards

does it stick? Taped ends of a new/clean wiring harness, a couple times over itself, and it starts flapping and coming off.

When you are wrapping wires and come to the point where you want the tape to end at, wrap it around itself. It sticks really well to the cloth part of the tape. Trying to find the end on a roll of Tessa tape is lol friggin impossible though. Great tape.

The seller, first team, wrote 'i do not ship 51026, i only ship the latest improved tape 51036.' if i order this item, will i receive 51036 instead?

Nope... apparently they are still shipping the 51026 as this is what I JUST received.
