Way more comfortable than adult diapers, but they suffer from the same design problems. No backside coverage for chemotheropy problems with gass & diarea problems, have to wear them backwards. Nothing worse than gassing in your sleep with a little bit of liquid leaking out wetting the sheet and mattress cover. And not enough side and leg coverage. When sleeping on your side and your guy hanging down to the side, the tip is past the coverage area rendering the padding useless. The same when standing, when the guy is hangin down by the leg, the tip is at the edge of the leg opening and will leak past it.
