I ordered the phone and immediately took it for a test. For reference, I live in Washington and I go on high adventure trips. This phone is water resistant, durable, and the satellite plan worked (It's spotty, but most are when you're in canyons). I highly recommend this phone and if you get the case - it comes with a carabiner clip that can hook onto a backpack. The satellite plan has a yearly plan that is $60 - definitely competitive with InReach. The only downside is the battery is a little small, but I always carry a power brick on multiday trips anyway.

Ok so I've had this phone for awhile now. There's definitely a learning curve to it, for both the user and the phone. It seems to adapt to your usage and app preference. For example, if you use a particular app often and you have it set to notifications, you will get them. However, if you don't use an app often, don't expect to get the notification. It stinks! Another thing that was a little weird is it's almost like a hybrid of apple and android. (I've always been android.). Well, one example is there's no back "button" like android, so you have to swipe to go back, little things like that. I really like that it comes with a bunch of screen protectors. I've dropped it and it has lived thru every one. The screen protectors work! My phone screen is in perfect condition! Also, the phone is huge compared to most and quite weighty. And I only have a thin silicone cover on it. It doesn't fit in anything. I haven't used the satellite part cos T-Mobile says it's not compatible (I haven't taken it to a store do maybe that would make a difference.). And I haven't signed up for the service thru bullitt. It's ten bucks a month. I really just wanted it for when I'm traveling and I hit some dead zones or driving thru reservations when you lose signal. Picture quality is pretty decent. No complaints there, phone quayis good as well. Battery lasts a long time! No issues connecting to any thing via Bluetooth. It's overall a good phone.

I am pleased with the phone so far. It's lightweight yet rugged with plenty of power / storage and features. The charger I received with it did not work. I contacted customer support and they sent me replacement as well as a wireless charger for my inconvenience. I am quite pleased with the whole experience!

I expected more from it No usbc with display port alt mode. It would have been nice Modified version of android 13 so it doesn't have all the features and I don't understand why this company thought it would be a good idea to have duplicate android apps but not allow you to disable or uninstall them. Clock and calculator are examples. They perform the same functions with no difference so it doesn't make sense to have them. Battery is okay but should have been larger, maybe at least 10,000 mah.

awesome camera, loud speaker, has taken a few drops already and seems to hold up. wish I could find a case that is just as well built and hot pink. it will take getting used to. seems a little expensive but nowhere near an I Phone.

The item was good news work good

The camera is mediocre in terms of proto (can be okay) but the quality of the video is the worst thing i have ever see in a $500 smartphone, the battery ok 6000mah is useless charges quickly but dosnt last 4 hours of use If you want a rugged Phone there are more options like kinkong star 2 of cubo that have better specs and the same photo/video quality for less

This device is much better than Pixel 8 Pro. Armor 23 ultra is the example how an Android smartphone should perform and what features it should have. Also, it has extremely competitive and fair price.
