Ensure Max Protein

Wow, great tasting coffee drink that's not to sickening sweet and very little to no chalky aftertaste. To me it's one of the best protein drinks l have tried. I like having it icey chilled during hot summer season first thing in the morning when l need the caffeine the most. I love it so much that l will be getting it again. If you are a coffee lover like me, l highly recommend it. It's got a smooth taste that's a tad leaning towards a stronger taste that l look for instead of a watered down version like others that l have had. Others like it, NOT SO MUCH! Others l have tried were not smooth or silky but watery & chalky instead. This one for me hit the spot. Hope this helps you in your decision making process.

Great way to get your protein intake plus tastes great. I’ve tried other brands and by far the Ensure is the better tasting and better nutritions. I will continue to purchase.

It’s much better cold. The shake seems okay, the taste is okay, it’s not clumpy, it doesn’t have a weird smell and I like that it has a minimal amount of sugar. My main gripe with this product is that it just doesn’t work to keep you full to any degree. I don’t know if it’s because of how small it is or what but if I’m having a protein shake I should want to eat shortly after because I’m unsatisfied, I could have just eaten the protein to begin with. I also have the Soylent shakes and while they don’t carry 30g of protein they do curb my appetite in the mornings, so I’m not hungry until lunch time when I can and should have some solid proteins. For now I’m on a pre sleeve diet (only liquids) and will continue that diet two weeks after surgery for safety reasons. So feeling fulfilled while staying at my calorie limit is crucial and ensure just doesn’t hit that mark, even when I’m filling up on water before or after. I’d need to drink 6 a day to hit my minimum calorie requirement (800) and that leaves me with 180g of protein everyday which is ridiculous. With Soylent I only need 3 a day to hit my 800-1000 daily goal and I’ll still feel fulfilled with little to no hunger pains. I bought the ensure so I’m going to drink it, I just won’t buy it again. It might work best for what you need though.

I am not able to drink this as it does have caffeine of 100mg in it same as cup of coffee..I thought it was an artificially made flavor. Amazon does not describe it as containing caffeine.whereas another flavor they do state it contains caffeine. This is a statement more on advertisement than the product.

We used ensure Max protein 32 g of protein for a long time. Taste was great but then something happened ... they changed the formula and started watering it down (is what it tasted like) and we ordered a couple of times after that and it was also watered down ...not the thick wonderful chocolate ice cream shake taste we had experienced earlier! Nothing worse than thin watery chocolate drink !

I truly enjoy these since I started drinking them I have been able to get the protein and lose the weight I need.
