Will this fit a Losi super rock Rey?

Not sure, but from what I can tell the Rock Rey has a small battery tray, unless there is some kind of removeable tray insert. These batteries tend to be a little longer. compared to a 5000mah which is slightly shorter. Zeee batteries are good quality batteries, I use them in my RC bashers, and they work perfect.

What is the max charge amp?

Rule of thumb always charge at a 1C rate. So if the battery is 6200mAh charge it 6.2 amps, if it's 7200mAh then charge it at 7.2 amps and so on. Charging at a 1C rate insures that you are charging at a safe rate that wont take too long to complete.
