Great product. It’s been helping my pickleball skill to improve noticeably fast. Easy to set up and use. Making drilling fun! I have questions about this product, their customer service responded fast. They are very helpful.

8/12/2025 (Initial Post) FIVE STAR if it wasn't so loud! I've attached a video so you can see. I paired it with one of the ball recycling nets, and with a little bit of tinkering I was able to get them to align to do auto-feed. As long as you get the balls into the net, it will drop into the correct spot. Durability... well it's plastic. I hope it lasts! I've only used it ONCE (post 8/12/2025) - if anything negative happens I will be sure to update. With regards to the SPEED of the balls when dispensed, I can't really tell a difference (there are FOUR speeds), and I have NOT tried the oscillating feature yet because I have it propped in a certain way that will cause it to move away from the recycling net so I cannot comment on that feature. It's not big, I just store it in a bin when not using. There is a ball feed that spirals down into the machine, but it is a nuisance to dissemble each time.

I really want to love this product, it’s perfect using indoor space like my living room. BUT the quality of the product is disappointing. First one I bought, suddenly stopped working. Seller was nice enough to send a replacement machine. Unfortunately the replacement machine stopped working all the sudden again after minimal indoor use. This product needs serious upgrade, or re-engineering why does it break so easy!!! Frustrating experiences. I purchased this ball machine 6 month ago to practice hitting pickle ball at home. Used maybe once a week. Today when I turned it on, it launched couple of balls and suddenly stopped. Checked on connection, unplugged, turned on and off… the turning feature is still working, but couldn’t get ball launcher work. Looks like it’s dead!!! Do not recommend this product. Update: After my initial disappointment with the product, the seller saw my review and reached out to me. Whitney, their customer representative, contacted me and offered a replacement. Their customer service went above and beyond to make things right, and I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. They promptly sent a new item, which works perfectly, and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them—and this seller, especially Whitney, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I was not sure what to expect at this price point. Was looking for a setup to drill indoors so I purchased this machine and a net to automatically recycle the balls without me having to re feed the machine ( see photo). It has not worked well for me for 2 reasons. One of the drills I was trying to practice was kitchen volleys or flicks. In the lowest setting the balls goes too far/fast and you have to stand beyond the 7 feet kitchen line. The speed would be fine if you have the machine behind the net but in my indoor setup that was not possible. The other issue is that after each ball feeds, the machine tends to " walk" forward which affects the setup with the net.

I have a setup in my basement. Originally got a higher model but it turned out to be too powerful. Exchanged for this model and it was just right. Have been drilling with this ball machine for a couple of months and it has worked out well. Recently had an issue with the machine and felt lost without it. Drilling is 100% more fun with it. Customer support was quick and great. Got my issue resolved.

Lasted 3 months before problems , lasts about 30 seconds after switching on then grinds to a halt . Can't return item according to Amazon because it's over 30 days old .

Unfortunately this is useless to me here in Australia as it came with USA power and no local plug even when ordered from Amazon.com.au

Très performant! Au delà de mes attentes! Seul bémol,système très bruyant ,mais pour utiliser dans le garage ou dehors c'est excellent! Pas de commande à distance pour arrêter l'appareil lorsqu'il n'y a plus de balles...il faut faire vite pour s'y rendre car le mécanisme continu de se déclencher même vide . Attention à vos enfants: il ne faut pas avoir le visage tout près de la sortie des balles lorsqu'il est en marche! Ça rentre au poste comme on dit ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix Je le recommande
