After using this for a few days, I’m ready to write my first review of this product and I must say it’s pretty awesome! It has two air way vents one at the mouth and one at the top of the crown. The build quality is spectacular. I received serval comments about my crown after riding around the city. I was SHOCKED! The comfort is awesome. Please get the right size! I have Dread Locs, so I had to go with the Extra large. I’m glad I did after reading a few reviews about this helmet. It feels secure and embraced and NOT compressed or to tight around my head. Even with long hair, it feels great. I live in FL! So the air vents keeps me from getting too hot and over sweating in the helmet, #GreatDesign The additional shades feature is awesome, I do not have to have the shield down when I go cruising! AMAZING ADDITION. Product Delivery: IT CAME SUPER FAST! Bluetooth: Sound Quality: it’s perfect for what you’re wearing it for. It’s not Bose or Beats, but it’s does well, because you need to hear what’s going on around you. Making the music to loud, you will hear some cracking in the small speakers, but I love the blend of sound and respect for the ambiance around you. Phone Call: PERFECTION! I have an iPhone my FaceTime me and she said I could barely tell you were riding your bike, my mother said the same after receiving a surprise call that I purchased a bike, she had no clue I was on it at the time of the call. All in all, I’m very pleased with this purchased, I definitely think it’s worth it!!

I liked this helmets design. Its as if the helmet was made for my bike. The black and white colors blend well with my ride. So I gave it a shot. Finding the helmet a bit tight as well as the gloves too small. I was displeased and thought I would really have to sell myself for Freedconn to make it right as that seems to be the norm with many companies I've delt with and then the long wait. No questions asked except for asking me to remeasure and boom, just like that I was cruising with my new helmet and gloves as comfortable as can be. Air flow through the helmet is great, sound is clear and the double visors round out this deal. I dont due reviews usually but, had to make an exception here. The associate I worked with (Lisa) was polite informative and for me most of all; to the point. Best support ever. Thank you Freedconn

I wanted to switch to a full face helmet for additional safety and also to have the ability to wear my glasses for better vision while riding. Pros: Nice looking, bluetooth works great for phone, phone navigation, using Pandora for music, fairly light weight, and customer service (helmet fit really tight with XXL and company sent me replacement padding for largest size in about 3 days!) Cons: Even with the largest size padding for helment it still fits tight but manageable, the control knob is a little tricky to figure out. Not the best sound for music. The WORST by far is that the visor and the sun shield get extremely fogged up (no way to see out of it....period). Overall I am happy with the purchase and the customer service and support. Once I figure out how to keep the visor from fogging and get the padding worked in to fit better this will be a great helmet. I would purchase this product again and my purchase one for my wife in the future.

I was looking for a sleek helmet with Bluetooth capability. This helmet looks great in the matte black, fits well, and paired easily with anything Bluetooth. Customer service was great when I ordered a size too big based on some suggestions in the listing. They responded quickly and politely with sending the appropriately sized pads at no extra charge. Would recommend to any rider looking for a good helmet at a decent price. To anyone with issues for Bluetooth use check the volume on your phone and the helmet. They are two separate controls and do not impact one another. What I do is turn the Bluetooth volume on my phone all the way up, then control the volume with the dial on the helmet itself. I can hear clearly anything at highway speeds. People I talk to can hear me very clearly until I get up to higher speeds, but that is to be expected. Overall great helmet, better customer service, and exactly what I was looking for.

Just inherited/purchased a vintage Harley and wanted to get a bluetooth helmet as my old Scorpion helmet was pretty old and needed to be replaced. Saw this on Amazon and was not very familiar with the brand but saw that all the reviews were pretty high. After receiving the helmet I have been very pleased with the product. I was able to connect with my wife's helmet with crystal clear sound. Was able to listen to music and podcasts as well. Have not used it on the bike yet but with the loud pipes that I have on my bike it will likely be hard to hear myself think let alone music/podcasts. Will let you know in an update. The controls were easy to manage and the padding felt super comfortable. Make sure to order a size bigger as they run small however, the company is super responsive and willing to send you padding as required. The helmet also came with gloves but they were a bit small. Sent the company a message and they sent me the bigger size gloves for free. Overall: Great product and exceptional customer service. I would definitely choose this company again based on their excellent communication, customer service and responsiveness. The product works well and the comfort and quality seem to be up to speed.

I bought the helmet for a lower cost alternative to wearing my more expensive ones when I ride to work and ride home sweaty, dusty and dirty. Bought a XX Large after seeing reviews it runs small, all my other helmets have been X Large. The XXL fits me very good and snug as it should be. The inside padding is a BIG problem being a wearer of glasses because the ear pieces of all my glasses always want to slide in between the padding instead of over my ears, surprised I’ve not broken any glasses yet. Never had this problem with any of my other helmets, the interchangeable padding for size adjustment in this helmet is the issue. The Bluetooth works well, had no trouble pairing with my phone and the sound quality is okay but really wish it had the ability to skip fwd or back up thru my playlist. Wind noise is minimal at highway speeds with shield down. The dual visors are really nice so you are all set for day and night. The venting is okay and haven’t had any visor fogging problems any worse than any of my other helmets. After just 4 months of light use (approximately 3,000 miles) the Bluetooth controller has come loose and about to break off the helmet side. Very disappointing that it’s come unattached and seemed not durable at all, it is a motorcycle helmet… I contacted the seller about the issue with the Bluetooth unit falling apart and they were extremely responsive. I sent them a pic of the problem and proof of purchase. They responded almost immediately with just a few questions, and then shipped a new replacement helmet a few days later. They told me that they believe the Bluetooth part had not been properly secured during assembly and were very apologetic that the problem occurred. I give the helmet 3 stars, would have gone 4 if not for the padding catching my glasses every time I put them on under the helmet. I give their customer service, support and genuine concern for their customers satisfaction 5 stars at least.

I received my FreedConn BM12 helmet today. Since I place, the order was anxious to have the product in hand ASAP. One-day delay did not deposited me once I open the box. Boy it is a beauty just to looking at it. Setting up the Bluetooth with my IPhone was breeze; I even test out the FM too. Only issue I have so far is the helmet is tight and some functionality with Bluetooth voice activation with siri. It worked once and then I do not recall what I have done to work. I reached out to the company and they are already sending me thinner pads and explain how siri works. Since I received the helmet I did not had chance to ride my motorcycle since it rained all day Saturday and Sunday was too busy. Yes Monday I wear the helmet and ride to my work. I have HD Fat BOB with screaming eagle configuration. It is loud. I wear Yema full-face helmet for my daily commute. Since I wear FreedConn I can state that it is worth paying 80 or 100 more to get the FreedConn. Practically I had no wind noise and my head not felt like it is coming off my neck. The ride was smooth. I can hear the sound of FM radio and iphone music clear when I was riding in speed 50 to 60 mph in Local Street. Sound system was not clear when I was riding 70 to 80 mph in highway speed. I have to say my todays ride was the best ride I had in past 4 months. I will be getting a second helmet from FreedConn for passanger ( wife or kids). Improvement prospective, I do like to see a better solution for charging the Bluetooth battery. It is hassle, need to lift the pads to reach in the charging port. I had hard time to lift the charging port cover so I remove the plastic cover and went straight to battery for charging. Also, like to see charging or charge complete sign in the battery and display in Bluetooth device. I do not want to repeat – Customer service is the best. They are very responsive. I received customer service email prior receiving the product with contact information and some guideline on how to. New Rider like me should invest in Helmet and i will highly recommend to get FreedConn product.

Do not waste your money, price is way in excess of value, it is just more Chinese landfill. The helmet shell is one size fits all instead of having 3 different shell sizes. They have one, very large shell and then are supposed to provide different thickness sponge liners to make the helmet fit large, medium and small heads. I knew better but still bought it and ordered medium. It was of course too big but the advertisement stated the company would send, at no charge, a different size liner if needed. Of course this did not happen as they just ignored my messages. Amazon suggested that I purchase the new small liner and they would refund the money when I received it. They did honour this agreement. Unfortunately when the liner arrived it is EXACTLY the same size and thickness as the medium. They did add 2 pieces of thin sticky sided foam that I assumed you had to stick on the inside of the helmet under the liner to make the liner fit tighter. There is no way that this helmet in small size (extra foam) would pass an accident test at the DOT

This helmet is great. Definitely buy a size up though, according to their sizing guide I should have been an XL, ordered a XXL and that was still too snug, but before I had a chance to email the company to try to figure out what to do, they had emailed ME to check that I was happy with my purchase. I told them it was too snug, so they sent me a different padding insert that would change the fit. Once I received that, the helmet fit perfectly. The Bluetooth works great, once you’ve paired it all you have to do going forward is turn the helmet on and it’ll link right up. Phone calls sound clear inside the helmet, and apparently on the other end it just sounds like you’re on a handsfree call in a car. Music sounds good, I’ve seen some other reviews saying it sounds tinny, but they aren’t over ear nose cancelling headphones, they’re obviously not going to have a ton of bass. If the music sounds quiet, try turning it up on your phone, then up on the helmet, the helmet volume controls don’t change the volume on your phone. The helmet speakers sound about the same as my AirPods. Can’t say anything about the intercom, haven’t had a chance to try it.

Very happy with this purchase. Excellent helmet. Comfortable, great sound quality and the Bluetooth/comm system works well. Came with a free pair of good quality gloves but above all else the customer servers is phenomenal. Had a minor issue with a bad battery charge port. I was blown away by the fast and friendly response. Will be recommending freedconn to whoever will listen.

Thus helmet works great fits great i only give it 4 stars as when listening to music it could have more bass

This helmet was very easy to setup and the sound is amazing! The liners were a little tight but they send me other liners and let me just say its perfect! I will buy another one for sure!! Amazing customer service!!

It's a nice helmet but the sound quality in the speakers is less than desirable,
