I love this yoga knee pad. Especially when doing more restorative yoga or holding certain poses that require me to be on my knees for longer periods of time. Not having to fold and unfold my yoga mat for extra Cushion for onenis amazing. As well the knee pad stays in place and doesn’t slip over mat. It is soft enough to give a great balance of support and cushion. As well can be used for other things around the house. As someone who does 2-3 clases daily I have benefited greatly from the yoga Fit Knee PAD
