Assembly was a breeze — took about 45 minutes max to put together. Just lay out the pieces in numerical order to make life easier. The bench came unfinished or maybe minimal clear coat (not sure), but I sanded this piece and put 2 coats of polyurethane (sanding in between coats). This results in a nicer looking, more durable, somewhat scratch-resistant and easier cleaning work surface. I have mine next to my grill under an awning, so it isn’t sitting under the direct sun 24/7, but here in Florida it will still get wet so I wanted to protect it more. Having it sealed should do the trick. The bottom shelf is the perfect size for 4 chlorine bottles (I measured before I bought), there’s plenty of room for some planting stuff, hooks for grilling or planting tools too. The drawer is sturdy as is the whole setup. The “sink” is nice to have but wasn’t a deal breaker. Most of the time, I keep a cutting board on top of it anyway. I added a couple of bar mats to the top tier and use silicone mats to put hot items while grilling to protect the wood. I also added a couple of strong magnets on the side to hold whatever metal tools I’m using at the moment. All in all, this is a pretty good find and is working very well for my needs. I do wish the wood was a little thicker, but this piece should last quite a while nevertheless.

I was looking for a potting table to go into a nook of our new house and be a place to help store pots and tools etc. 1. It said it needed 2 people but I was able to put it together myself in about an hour. The instructions were easy to read and everything was labelled really well. 2. I had one small piece of the drawer come unglued but it doesn't affect the function. The holes for some of the bolts took some extra elbow grease to get through the holes. 3. All together it feels pretty sturdy. The top shelf is not sturdy enough for anything incredibly heavy and isn't very deep but would be great for small pots or other smaller items 4. The drawer works surprisingly well. I was worried but it slides in and out well and is deep enough to actually be useful! 5. I love the plastic tub that comes in and out easily. I can dump extra potting soil back in it easily and cut down on waste! While this isnt top quality it is sturdy and looks nice! I am excited to have this!

It took about 2 hours to assemble but it was pretty easy and all the pieces fit together perfectly. Each piece and the hardware are labeled which makes the assembly if you follow the instructions easy. Sturdy, roomy, and well engineered. My only criticism is the wood seems a bit soft so we will see how well it weathers

Really happy with color, quality and sturdiness until I tried to put the drawer in! The drawer is about 1 inch shorter than the opening for it. So do i take it all apart and send it back? Or cobble it to have a drawer or have an ugly hole there and no drawer? Pretty frustrating.

3 Year Update: The front next to the drawer came off because nails got rusted, and popped off. Wood is bowing because it's so soft. I have a six bed vegetable garden, and would rather use a utility table and shelving. I'm moving it opposite of the guest bedroom window, or just outside the sunroom. It's an occasional use, or showpiece bench. Review after a few months: The wood seems soft. Doesn't feel like it's weatherproofed either. Otherwise it is sturdy, and a lovely addition to our backyard. I have it in the shade on our porch right now, but before we move it to the side of the house we plan to paint it with clear weatherproofing stain. I split the wood at the top because I didn't drill the hole first. The instructions say nothing about this, but to make sure the soft wood doesn't split I recommend drilling before putting in the screw. Otherwise it is a lovely workspace table. I recommend it.

Perfect for my indoor, basement seed starting area. Wouldn’t last a season outside. With experience, easy to put together. Not all holes were pre-drilled. Knowing this from previous reviews, I pre-fit all pieces and I pre-drilled the screw holes. Made assembly much better, no splitting of boards. I wish I had sealed the pieces with a paint on or spray sealer for protection. Very soft, porous wood. Ok for indoors

Easy to put together. I did it by myself, it took me about 1-1.5 hours total. I took my time, and I did make a few mistakes on placement, so it probably would have went way faster if I hadn't messed up. Great quality. Does the job well!

The unit is predrilled and everything lined up perfectly. Was über easy to assemble. Only real complaints the plate that the side hooks were mounted to had the middle hook broken on arrival. The ‘fir’ wood in the description is very dry. I’d say put a couple counts of oil on asap. Overall. Well worth the price.

J’aime vraiment beaucoup. Tel que prévu. Seul bémol, pas tous les trous sont pré-percés. Prévoir au moins 1h à 2 pour le monter. Mais bon. J’adore quand même.

Needs a water resistant finish.

Has held up in the rain so far. Easy to assemble and tweak to make it your own.

Arrived in a big box Wasn't heavy and peices seemed so light Once put together it's very sturdy. I plan to stain mine and put a urethane coat on it. We are using it as a bar table in our gazebo.
