Pasture Raised Beef Tallow, Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished, Made from Beef Suet for More Nutrients, 14oz Glass Jar

This is glorious grass fed and finished tallow that shipped fast. I use it mostly for making soap and balms. My soap takes much longer to harden. I made one inch columns and it took 3 days to unlike. Loaves took 4 and they were still soft. I am changing my recipe to include more coconut oil to make up for the soft tallow. I am new to soap making and have only purchased one 24 pound box of grassfed tallow before and it was solid white at room temperature and cured much faster. This is great for cooking and has a beautiful color and appreciate the quality.

I read the bad reviews first and then went to the good reviews and then decided to just purchase it. So glad I did! It's not gritty, chunky, hard or white. It's smooth and pale yellow. I'm guessing there were a few bad batches. As soon as it arrived I applied it to my skin and the consistency was similar to whipped tallow. That's how nice it is. It smells a little beefy so I added 10 drops of peppermint oil to about 7 oz. of tallow (half the jar) and now it smells fantastic. Once it's applied, the beefy smell dissipates fast. I apply it on my face and body. Awesome tallow!

the first time I dabbed it directly from the jar onto my face, it blew my mind. My 70 yr old skin felt instant comfort, deeply nourished, almost plump + juicy. this suet tallow has absolutely no odor. I tried 3 other tallow creams (all mixed with honey+fragrances), but this one is on a different level. It feels so wonderful on my skin, even the delicate skin around my eyes. I literally apply it once a day and my skin feels nourished and protected all day long. I apply it to my face, neck, breasts, lower arms (getting older that is a particularly dry area), hands and feet. After applying this tallow to my skin I spray on my perfume. It lasts much longer than before. I believe the tallow "captures" the fragrance and holds it longer. this is a fantastic product. Recently, I learned from an online post about the difference of suet fat from around the organs vs rendered fat from all other parts of the animal. Wish I had known sooner. Will never be without it. thank you for producing such wonderful product. P.S. I also use it for cooking, and keep a little jar in my car to nourish my lips when they are getting dry. It is a great comfort that I can literally eat this tallow. healthy, no additives, just pure nature.

I purchased this beef tallow as a replacement for another brand that was no longer available on Amazon. The quality seems good and it performs the same in cooking, but the texture is a bit different than what I was used to. It’s not quite as creamy as the previous brand I had been buying. That said, it still works perfectly well and does the job. I’ve been using it for cooking and it performs exactly as beef tallow should. If you’re looking for a large quantity of grass-fed tallow, this is still a solid option.

Love it. It adds so much flavor to our food! The consistency perfect... it is smooth, has no odor, and is exactly what I was looking for. For pan cooking, a little goes a long way. It was sealed appropriately and can be used in a wide variety of ways for cooking. We also use it for frying. Before purchasing this, I had stopped making fried foods. I now understand the health benefits of switching to tallow. Will continue to purchase! Would highly recommend!

Quality Tallow! Will buy again

I have been using tallow forever. There isn’t anything close to this, I have never had SUET TALLOW, this is a first. It is very different, as you can tell it has a richer more yellow color. The taste is much better but with less of that smell that smells up your home. Easily worth the extra money. Also, I’ve found it degrades slower on the fourth or fifth fry in the same oil when you re use. I can’t prove it, but I feel this must have a higher smoke point than regular tallow, when I turned up a little to high, it looks much more resilient. Even when it looks like it’s smoking, it actually somehow does not smell like it’s burning. That is different from the other tallow I’ve used. Main point, richer flavor!

I am a senior and the skin on my arms just started to look "old". I bought this tallow awhile back but have only used it on my face and neck before bed. That way the tallow has all night to soak into my skin. So seeing that my arm's skin has started to look aged, I tried applying some on both arms 2 nights in a row. And after just 2 nights, 2/3 of the wrinkles have already gone away! It also really helps my facial skin as well. Tallow is a natural substance that was used for centuries before the modern skin care alternatives began. Personally I prefer natural remedies rather than chemical ones, but that is just my preference. But to see the astounding way that my skin reacts to tallow is mind boggling. I intend to continue using tallow in my skincare regimen.
