Does this come with USA power plug?

No, it does not come with a plug for USA outlets. However, it does work with the USA power cord that comes with the PS5, and you can nab replacements for those here on Amazon for less than $10. Just do a search for PS5 power cord or PS5 power cable. (These same cords are also used for the PS4, PS3 Slim, XBOX One, Xbox Series X, etc. so they're easy to come by.)
