This is a great product! I’ve used several other brands of night guards for grinding and this is by far the most comfortable. Super easy to put together and mold. I loved that it came with several different options of thickness. I set two up for two different fits of thickness. Slept great with it and look forward to keep using it moving forward. Highly recommend if you’re in the market. Great pricing for the value of the product. Customer service was amazing as well!

I have tried other products to address teeth grinding--this one is far superior. The instructions to set the mold, include a video link to ensure you have a real example how to make it correctly. There are 2 thicknesses to choose from and there are 3 molds for the more thin version (what I am using) and 2 thicker. The last time I purchased a different product it only came with one set of molds and cost the same. They offer customer assistance if needed- but the instructions were clear and I didn't require that. The mold came out perfectly and is easier to use than the previously used products that broke down quickly. I am recommending this to family member who also grinds teeth and needs help.

I purchased this Mouth Guard for Teeth Grinding, Clenching & Bruxism for my son because he grinds his teeth at night, and I was hoping this would be a simple and affordable solution. Unfortunately, it did not work for us. The main issue was the molding process. Even after carefully following the instructions—boiling the guard, cooling it slightly, and having him bite down—it was very difficult to get the right shape. It either came out too thick and bulky or did not properly fit around his teeth. We tried remolding it more than once, but each time the fit was uncomfortable and uneven. When he wore it, it felt too large in his mouth and would not stay securely in place. Because of the poor fit, he could not sleep comfortably with it. The material also felt stiff after molding instead of forming a snug, natural fit. I appreciate that the pack includes three guards in case you need to retry, but the molding process was frustrating and the final result did not meet our expectations and we were not able to use it successfully.

It’s cheap and gets the job done at first, but over time you start asking yourself why didn’t I buy a custom night guard instead of this junk? It’s bulky, uncomfortable to sleep with, and hard to mold properly. I’m a heavy grinder, and sometimes I wake up with the guard out of my mouth, leaving me in pain all morning. Please invest in a custom guard. It’s so much better, 100%

I have been using this brand for about 2 years to prevent teeth grinding. I only use the small size and wish they would sell a package with the option of purchasing small or large. It’s a waste of money to purchase a product and just to throw part of it away. I do have to put them back into the hot water a few times as I’m moulding them to my teeth to soften them but I want to make sure they fit properly. They do fit well and provide protection for my teeth without the added cost the dentist charges for fitted guards.

Works well. I didn't need one until after a root canal and bridge. Found I would grind at night afterwards. Read the instructions. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. I had the water too hot and mine shrank a bit. Still works, but could be better. Stays in place with no issues.the cost is much that I will replace yearly.

The Guards are Great,easy to mold and very comfortable. And extremely affordable!!! Will by again for sure.

The mouth guard was bulky in my mouth and I thought the instructions were a bit vague. I was unable to return since I molded one of the 4 mouthguards. Disppointing

Really impressed with this mouthguard set! The instructions were very easy to follow, and the molding process was quick and simple. Everything felt clear and beginner-friendly. I also love that it comes with multiple guards and different thickness options, since some people grind their teeth more than others. The quality feels great, especially for the price. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on TMJ visits and waiting for a custom guard, this is such an affordable and convenient option. For around $22, the value is amazing. Very comfortable and easy to use — definitely recommend!

I tried this mouth Guard and found it to be a practical and affordable option for teeth grinding and clenching. The moulding process was simple after softening it in hot water; it was easy to shape for a custom fit. It took one extra try to get it just right for me. I like that the pack includes multiple guards with varying thicknesses, so I can choose what works best for my comfort. Overall, after getting the moulding right, it was comfortable enough to wear throughout the night.

Good product! Adapted to the shape of your teeth. Would recommend for anyone with an issue of teeth grinding. Works really well so I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing is if you have moving teeth, and you need a more rigid mouthguard, these would be only in between professionally made mouthguards. Which is my case, I got them while waiting for my dentist appointment to get my specially made rigid mouthguard/invisalign. But these are good if you would like to have several on hand. Edit: it would be great to have the link of the video directly and not through Facebook. The customer service is good but it should be only if you have an issue with the product not to get the video (unless I missed a link on the seller's page).

Crazy how comfortable this mouth guard is. It is very moldable, and so comfortable to sleep in. The best part is that even after the first night of wearing it, my jaw pain and tension have basically disappeared. After consistent use, I am waking up more refreshed, no more morning headaches, and no more jaw pain. I wish I tried this sooner. I also appreciate how affordable this 3 pack is for the amazing quality you get. Highly recommend!
