The bronze ones work really well for scrubbing tough carbon deposits, but they are the least sturdy of the bunch. They easily deform if too much force is used. Once deformed, they aren't nearly as useful. However, they are still worth it. The white nylon are going to last forever because they almost never get used. The blue are my go-to on every cleaning job. They will last pretty much forever as well. The bronze are necessary for tough carbon and are considered expendable after time. **Q: Do these only work for firearms? Or can they safely be used for electronics refurbishing/cleaning also?** A: They’re brushes. You can use them on whatever you want. Use them to brush your teeth if you wish (maybe not the bronze one). In summation, yes. **Q: Is this for one time use only?** A: Nope. You can use this many times. The only downside is the copper brush can and will bend and splay out as it is a soft metal. You can clean the polymer ones with dawn dishsoap to get the oils and greases out. **Q: Do you get 6 or 9 brushes?...I'm seeing muxed answers...** A: I received 9, 3 of each kind. They are pretty durable and I like the the really stiff shorter bristles at the back end of the handles. These are just disposable brushes, but they hold up pretty well.
