This is a great pre workout for the value and it’s the best one that I’ve tried. I find that it not only helps to increase my strength but also my endurance in the gym. This pre workout allows me to have energy at the end of a long workout to get those couple of extra reps in. Something I would caution is that if you’re not used to utilizing pre workout that you start off with half a scoop until you build up your tolerance. This pre workout can make you feel tingling in your body. I found this lessens over time. Overall, an extremely effective product that gives you the energy and focus you need to complete your workouts.

ChatGPT recommended. I kept trying different preworkouts. I have been using them on/off for a few years. I remember Total War being my favorite. I bought it again and it did nothing. There were a few others that just didn't work. so I asked ChatGPT. They recommended BULK. I always take 1/2 scoop to start, just to gauge how good/bad it works. I felt the tingles, energy and then the pump. It mixes well with minimal water in a shaker. The price was a bit high, but considering i only use 1/2 scoop, it's not so bad. I started with the blue raspberry, the taste isn't great on any of tried. I just ordered watermelon, I don't expect much out of the taste. As long as it works the same, i'm good.

Good, efficacious dosages—if you account for each ingredient and the respective dose, this pre-workout is similarly priced or cheaper than other alternatives. This pre just seems expensive up-front because they use 1 scoop per serving with proper dosages, whereas other pres use 1-2 scoops per serving with sub-par dosages and advertise the 1 scoop serving count. Only thing I would change are the vitamins—I'd rather supplement vitamins myself according to my own needs instead of getting them from a pre-workout. The vitamins included are probably beneficial for most people, but there are reasons that some people wouldn't want or need 3mg boron supplementation daily for example. And you won't get them on rest days or whenever you don't take the pre. Overall a great pre-workout, definitely one of the best right now.

Really good pump but the flavor is pretty meh. I wanted something with nearly the same profile as gorilla mind. This has everything you need and clinically dosed, but it’s definitely very stimulating. Overall great, but the flavor is the best.

I really wanted to like this product, especially since it’s made with all-natural, good ingredients. On paper, it looks like a solid pre-workout. But after giving it 3–4 separate tries, the result was always the same: straight to the bathroom with nonstop diarrhea. Instead of giving me the focus and energy I need for my workouts, it completely derails my training. I’ve used other pre-workouts without any stomach issues, so this isn’t just sensitivity on my part. Something in the formula clearly doesn’t sit well with digestion. That said, this is at least my personal experience — others might react differently. But for me, it’s a hard pass.
