Great dining set for an apartment. It is a bit small but perfect for an apartment. It is made of solid wood and quite sturdy. It looks quite decent for the price that one pays. I read a few comments about difficulty with assembling chairs. Frankly, my daughter assembled it easily without any issues. Just follow the directions and the assembly is not an problem at all.

Very nice table and benches! Packaged very well. Easy to assemble and very sturdy! We removed the booth from our camper and are using this instead, perfect!

The set is small, but beautiful. Perfect for a small space. You're not going to be able to put a Thanksgiving spread on this, but I would recommend for a small apartment or dining area. I read a lot of reviews commenting about how difficult it is to assemble the chairs. Take your time- if you try to do this in a rush, you might mess everything up. I messed up my first chair, but I was able to fix it. My chairs DID have pre-drilled holes for the screws to attach the chair base to the cushion. However, you have to pay attention to how to assemble the chair base. The assembly instructions leave out an important step. As you can see from the pictures, you need to make sure that parts F and D are installed so that the hole is facing UP. I made the mistake the first time of installing F & D with the holes facing down, so when I tried to install the cushion, I got very frustrated thinking that there weren't any pre-drilled holes anywhere to install the cushion. Once you figure this out, the chairs are fairly easy to put together. I didn't have any problems after I figured that issue out. The chairs do take about 5-10 minutes to assemble, and some of the screws take awhile to secure. I wish the instructions mentioned what direction parts F & D need to face so that people wouldn't get so confused. The table was VERY easy to put together, though. Overall this is a great product but the assembly instructions need to be changed/updated/improved.

The table is just as it appears the pictures. We read the other reviews, so we were aware that there might be some challenges putting it together, however, we did not have any issues with our set. We were careful to make sure that if a screw or a part didn’t easily fit at first attempt, we tried a different piece knowing that some people had issues with part alignment. So if you keep that in mind while you’re making it, hopefully yours will come out just as great as ours has. The benches feel sturdy, but we only use it for one adult per bench. I think two adults could fit, but it wouldn’t be all that comfortable for dining. It’s the perfect size for two kids on each side.

This table was very easy to put together, which is amazing. I would say it’s a little bit overpriced but we’re still very happy with it. The color of the pecan wood is beautiful and the chair color goes so well with the aesthetic of our little dining area. It’s just the right size. My boyfriend and I have guests over every once in a while, and it’s perfectly reasonable in terms of size. As you can see in the second photo, we bought some dining mats to protect the table itself and they barely fit. So what we did in the third photo is just place two at each end and two in the middle to hold out little centerpieces. However, I would’ve gotten smaller mats if I had known they weren’t going to fit well. It’s suitable for a small household nonetheless, and very sturdy! It’s very elegant, comfortable to sit and just the right size.

The bar stools are attractive and sturdy. My major issue here, however, was with the delivery. I live on the third floor of a small apartment building with no elevator, and the FedEx delivery personnel simply dumped the box — which was nearly as tall as I am and extremely heavy — right at the building's front entrance. I had to carry it up three flights of stairs and drag it down the hallway to my apartment all by myself. This was a true act of negligence on the part of FedEx, the sellers, and Amazon. You really ought to reconsider your logistics contract with this company, as they fail to properly perform the service they are paid to provide — leaving female customers to haul heavy boxes up multiple flights of stairs!

Very well made. Easy to put together, but takes time. My advice is to add a dab of glue to the dowels before inserting them into their 1st position. This will keep them from sliding too far down the accompanying piece and will provide extra rigidity. That's what I did. Fairly straightforward assembly. Very solid dining set for a small house or apartment.

Perhaps I got lucky but my set arrived in basically perfect condition. The table top is perfect and there are no chips or damage. The manufacturing date stamp is 12/23. The one issue I had was with one of the chair support pieces (part F) not being drilled correctly so I could not assemble the last chair. The company didn't have the part on hand and sent me another set of chairs. It got confusing as this set was stamped 11/23 and the assembly of the chairs was not quite the same as mine. My chairs have holes drilled for two wood dowels that center the cushion before installation. This second set did not. Also, the location of the three screws to fasten the cushion to the wood frame was different too. I didn't realize this when I borrowed the part F for my chair and just drilled a hole as I thought they had forgot to do so. The 11/23 version is clearly an earlier revision. The table and chairs come in separate boxes and may arrive a day apart. The chair assembly is lengthy. If you're lucky enough to have a cordless drill and long star bit to fit the bolts it will definitely speed things up. Just back off on the torque as the bolt metal is quite soft. Finish tightening with the supplied wrench.

I purchased this since March I can tell you that I am in love with my dining set , very sturdy and zero scratch

Good looking. Chairs difficult to assemble, I worry about joinery on the chairs. There are noticable gaps in the joinery. It is too pricey for the quality of product.

Beautiful set. It was a gift for my eldest who is moving into a new place. It's the perfect size for an apartment or kitchen in a house. It's very sturdy and very comfortable chairs.
