Respironics ComfortGel Blue Full Headgear

Someone wrote that this did not come labeled on it like their old one, or what it was supposed to say. I want people to know that mine was an exact replica of the headgear I used to get with my nasal mask. This one is super comfy. I am a female with shoulder length hair. Instead of waking up with dead bed hair each morning, I pull my hair thru the "V" opening in the back. My hair lays smooth at night since it's not a "real" pony tail. And my hair isn't flat. I also like this headgear because I can cut it with sharp scissors to fit my own head. It was rubbing my earlobes at night so I just cut the strap to be skinnier or "dip" under my ears. Now, I don't have any trouble with it at all. This is a wonderful product for at least the nasal mask that I use.

Well built and doesn't fall apart like cheaper headgear does.

These fit my CPAP equipment, however, are a bit uncomfortable in how they lineup on the back of my head. They are different from my original equipment, but they work. I’ll get used to the difference. The price was great.

I bought this as a replacement for my Philips Respironics Amara full face mask headgear and it is much much better. The straps are a bit wider and thicker than the original headgear I received and the Velcro seems to hold up better. I have also noticed less "give" or stretchiness in these so I don't have to readjust the straps in the middle of the night. Overall these are just more comfortable and of higher quality. Would recommend these to anyone who needed new headgear.

Go for the cheap imported replacement. The Respironics brand no longer provides the old/expected quality - But the high price --- Yes! This process is called "Junkification" Look it up!

I don't know why the ad says blue headgear, the one I got is black, and not quite the same as my old one. The straps are not as wide, and they seem to be stretching faster that the blue ones. I suspect these black ones are knock-offs, even though they have Resmed printed on them. We'll have to see how it lasts, probably won't reorder.

Though it claims to be Philips but it does not have the smoothness as the original one had. Time pass replacement as no other option available.

I purchased it to replace my previous strap which I do at least once a year. The product has good quality and the size match is perfect. I would definitely recommend this product.
