I use it every night. Works the same as the big brands I’ve tried. Only take 1, as 2 can have lingering effects the next day. The pill is small but strong. It knocks me out quickly so I can get good sleep.

This really did help me fall asleep quickly. I didn’t feel like I was being knocked out, it was a very relaxed transition from awake to sleep. Definitely be ready for bed when you take one, though! If you need help falling asleep, these are great. I also don’t feel groggy or sedated in the morning — I usually have a 6-8hr sleep window. If you need help staying asleep, I would look elsewhere. I am still waking up multiple times throughout the night. I wish they had a “slow release” option.

Wow, it works for me
After menopause my sleep hasn’t been great. This was recommended by a family member who also has trouble sleeping. It works well for me and doesn’t leave me groggy in the morning. I don’t use it every day.
