Tastes amazing (I would drink it as a normal drink if I could). it has no texture however it dissolves but there is residue left around my bottle, you would probably want to top it up after and drink the rest. I have noticed increased energy level for about half an hour to an hour. and I'm definitely noticing better gains. Top stuff from a reputable brand. Would buy again.
