Exactly what I needed while sitting, it relieves the discomfort in my back.

Gives good support and is plenty firm. I do wish it was slightly longer, but not a deal breaker.

It’s tiny and doesn’t do much for my hurting back, I need something a bit bigger. I wouldn’t call it a lumbar roll support pillow, there’s not enough bulk to give support.

I carry this bolster pillow with me everywhere I go. I use Uber and Lyft a lot for transportation. I suffered with non-adjustable backseat headrests. That is what prompted me to look for something small that would work to bridge the gap between my neck and the headrest. This is perfect! AND in order not to accidentally leave it in their vehicle, I place it over my head using the stretchy belt, and it stays with me when I get out of the car!

This thing is as squishy as a cheap thin pillow and came balled up like a sock. I don't know how they can even use the word "support" in the description. How much support is a fluffy little cheap pillow that's So flat and squishy it can be balled up like a little sock barely even 5 inches long. I think my cell phone was actually longer than the pillow when it was balled up.

I purchased the navy lumbar pillow. It has proven useful in a lot of situations. 1. I like the small size of it because I travel and it’s easy to pack or put in the small of my back while driving. 2. I use it during yoga for some poses - again the small size makes it convenient. 3. I have used it in the small of my neck laying down as my chiropractor has requested. It works perfectly for stretching out that area. 4. It is well made and the fabric is very soft. 5. It has a zipper so if it gets dirty you can remove the cover and wash it. 6. If it was larger you could use it under your knees to relieve back pain while laying in bed. 7. The belt will allow me to wear it around my waist and move to different places. Not something I have used as it’s just as easy to pick it up. If you are looking for a small lumbar pillow this fits the bill- would give it 5 Stars

Very good for travelling. Position it behind your lower back and it will save you a sore back on a long flight. Easy to hook onto your luggage handle or you can roll it up and stuff it into your bag. Will always travel with one of these.

I had some old cushions (bed bolsters) I was using but these are really good. The material covers are good quality material and there is a strap to stop the cushions popping off when you get up from the chair. They are just the right size for my back and you can lift them to the right position for your back when you sit down.
