Yikes! This has less to do with the quality and more to do with the company’s inconsistency when you order different colors. I ordered what were supposed to be the same earbuds in two different colors. But what I got were two different size and varying styles of what both are labeled to be the same earbuds, the T10s. Which may explain the mixed reviews on the T10s. I loved the blue pair. The sound was great and the fit was perfect for my small ears. So I ordered another pair in grey. I was so excited to see the same pair in the grey color. But when I got it, the grey was not only larger but also a slightly different style. The piece the enters the ear canal on the smaller blue pair juts straight out which feels more comfortable to me, while the larger grey pair has the ear canal piece juts slightly downward, which feels less comfortable. Mind you it still looked nice but it was definitely not the same model even though the boxes and cases for the blue and grey pair all say T10. I’m disappointed because I wanted a pair of grey ones in the same smaller style as my blue ones. But I’m afraid to order again to just be disappointed .. :(

I am autistic and struggle with sensory issues and Tozo earbuds are one of the only earbud brands that I've been able to wear comfortably. I've gone through maybe 8 sets (I've lost them over time somehow) and I always choose tozo when reordering them for myself. I've had two of their older versions and I just received two of the T10 versions. They are great quality as always, and come with small enough ear pieces to fit in my smaller ears. They fit just as well and comfortable as the older versions. However, with the T10s, the case is different than the previous versions. The earbuds click into the case a little bit stronger, like, the magnetic connection is stronger, which I really like. After a year or two, the older versions would have to be pressed down on or removed and replaced a few times before they would connect properly and start charging sometimes so hopefully the stronger magnetic connection will prevent that with these newer ones. The charging lights are also now on the inside of the case which doesn't make a difference to me either way but might be useful for others to know. The case is also slightly larger and not as smooth, I don't mind the texture, but it is different than the older versions. The last thing about the case worth mentioning is that it has a little hole on the end so you can clip it to your bag or something, which is GREAT for me because, as I mentioned, I've lost several pairs, so hopefully this new feature will help me not lose these ones. The only negative (for me) change with the T10s versus their older versions is that the T10s have an L and an R on the top/outer part of the earbuds rather than on the inner part that faces your ear. You can't feel the letters, they aren't raised at all, so it's only the look that is different, not the feel. It's a very minor thing and most people probably wouldn't mind the change at all but it is a change that bothers me a little bit so I thought it would be helpful to mention for anyone else that has a problem with change sometimes. That being said, I do still absolutely recommend the Tozo T10s, or their other versions even. They are comfortable and fit in smaller ears and I've never had a pair of Tozos that I did not like.

These headphones aren’t that expensive as a matter fact they are cheap. I had $100 pair of JBL headphones and I lost one of them so this is my replacement pair. Still haven’t found the other. I stopped looking now listen here folks and you heard it from me first, if You fine-tune these earbuds you are going to come out with a good quality that is damn near able to match my $99 JBL Headphones that I lost . Now listen here folks one more thing is I am a certified purchase not just one of those people going around threaten reviews on things I didn’t buy because I don’t do that type of stuff so that’s why you can believe me folks as I’m getting older now and becoming wiser to the world of the man and the woman folks, I realize that you have to take everything with a grain of salt and if you want lemonade, you’re gonna have to squeeze it and make it yourself unless you have a wife and you have a wife you Going to want to have these To drown out the noise of her yelling at You so like I said you heard here first folks I recommend these earbuds. They can never replace my JBL but they sure as heck seen my wife out of my ear and out of my head until she gets over her fit, whatever the heck she is rambling about because I sure can’t hear her so does that tell you right there folks I’ll tell you what it tells you, it’s that these headphones work my goodness your heart and loud noises be headphones coming from Amazon Have a great day evening night or whatever or wherever you are thanks for reading my comment and I wanna let you know. the battery and sound quality are quite good. the reason I'm only giving three stars is more based on fit, feel, and physical quality. i needed a pair of ear buds that lasted for at least an 8 hour work day and could leave at my desk. aside from the battery life, i also didn't want to worry about something happening to an expensive pair of ear buds. these seemed to be the answer. again, the sound quality is really good for the cost. however, they are vey awkward shaped and don't fit easily into the ear. and yes, i am aware there is a right and wrong direction for placement. for me at least, the wrong direction fits better but the sound isn't as good then. i also noticed the "big-ness" of them compared to other ear buds. they look small in the case. but once you take them out, they are quite larger than most. they tend to stick out of my ears further than other ear buds I've had, even when in the "correct" way. the case does hold additional charges which is nice. but the lid, or top part, is a very thin plastic with rough edges. i don't know how well the case would hold up to any hard drops or jostling around in a pocket/bag. i did have a little bit of a struggle getting them connected at first. to be fair, there is a chance it was operator error. i had to install the app to get all the settings adjusted. but to use the app BOTH ear buds need to in your ears, not just one. i also have a hard time connecting if i only remove one ear bud form the case. i usually end up taking out both and once i get the "connected sound" then i put one back in the case. either or, they are fulfilling a purpose until i come across a better option.

I've stuck with Tozo brand for several years for one reason. The price tag bets any other AND the quality for the value is unmatched. For these specifically, the noise cancelling is perfect for commuting, blocks out all subway and bus chatter and while I'm at work and need to hear someone AND listen to music I can do that to. Super customizable in terms of their app and ear fitting. Amazing overall, easily competes with similar overpriced brands that are $100 more. Happy customer here

Good quality stuff price wise.

I use them for my phone. I only use one of the earbuds while I'm on the phone. They are very clear. The charge lasts a long time. The size is perfect for what I need. I bought the charging disk also. This way I can let the earbuds sit on them and charge. I do not have to remember to plug them in.

I love these earbuds! Sound is awesome and the battery last a long time.

I recommend this product 100%. Quality sound for music, calls, and more. The Tozo app is excellent; you can adjust your equalizer and more.
