0% successful germination, including with pre-soaking and tlc. Understand that best to sprout chayote from full fruit so it was a longshot, but very disappointed with this purchase and recommend against it.

Apparently Chayote doesn't grow from seed, you need to plant the fruit.

As the plant from the chayote seeds that I bought setting fruit, the gourd-like fruit on my plant (see picture) has no resemblance to the photo associated to this seed product.

Dont by these they are not chayotes

seeds were for some other plant than chayote
