Sturdy and well made.
Pros:Sturdy 400 lb. capacity, comes with 5/16 inch wood screws and masonry screws.Note: Must be mounted on solid wood (not wall board) or onto masonry. Best to use a 12mm socket wrench to mount screws rather than a screwdriver; some wax on the woodscrews will ease the screws into the wood.

Well designed, solid construction, decorative
My wife has RA and needed a little help on the few stairs we have in the house. The handrail is solid, decorative and blends in nicely with our Craftsman Style home.

Hard to install
The supplied screws did not work well. I added an adhesive to the back. It's working for now, but I would be surprised if it survives 2 years of work. It's attached to an entry door that is inside the garage so it sees no precipitation. Disappointed.
