Excellent Keyboard, Wish for More Variants
This is an excellent keyboard. The build quality is great and the switches feel basically perfect if you want low profile. I went with the blues as I prefer a clacky typing experience. The keys are extremely stable, it puts the Logitech G915 to shame. Wireless performance and battery have also been strong points. It lasts a good amount of time between charges and I have not had any issues with the wireless connection. Being a 65% keyboard it is lacking in media controls but does have customizable touch sensitive bar that can be used for this purpose. Though it is more cumbersome than dedicated media keys of course. I also feel the caps lock icon being very tiny and in the top left is a little harder to see mid typing. Sometimes my hands are obstructing or its just harder to catch quickly in general. Id have preferred the traditional light on the key or even having the rgb of the key itself change by default. Outside of that there are really only two areas I would consider cons, or possibly just neutrals. First is the software. Armoury crate has a decent amount of features but it feels bloated and annoying to use. The process for updating the firmware is also super unreliable. I have had the process fail numerous times on this and other current Asus peripherals. Hopefully their web based gear link is the way moving forward with any new products. Although even that can be hit or miss with the firmware updating based on the little experience I have had with it. The second area could be the price. As it is certainly not cheap even when on sale. However, for me, the price was acceptable. I compared it to the Logitech G915 and that was $200 when I bought it years ago. This keyboard, outside of the software, is of much higher quality in my opinion and worth its asking price if its what you are looking for. That caveat is probably my personal biggest gripe. I love the feel of the keys and the device itself. But I really wish they offered this keyboard in a 75% size with additional color options. White does not match my theme at all. Its disappointing that this is the only keyboard in the Asus lineup that uses these switches/key caps out of the box. If they offered a black 75% or TKL model I would buy it in a heartbeat. I would say maybe low profile keys are too niche but both Logitech and Razer offer options that meet this criteria just to name other mainstream peripheral brands. But, again, if the color and form factor are irrelevant or even your preference then this keyboard will serve you very well. I also knew both of those things going into this purchase so its not something that impacts my rating. Just throwing that my support behind that idea.

Really Nice Keyboard
Asus makes the best hardware in the industry. I got the blue switches and each press feels really nice. I wanted to utilize the Omni receiver and have an ROG keyboard and mouse under one USB. I got this keyboard because it comes with an Omni receiver, but I had to get the ROG Keris II Ace from another retailer. The keyboard hardware is magnificent in both build quality and performance. The keys press solidly with no wobble and the lighting looks beautiful. I like the low profile format because you can react quicker in games without having to press a regular key down all the way before doing another maneuver. The software was a bit wonky at first but after playing with it for a minute I figured it out. This uses Armoury Crate and all the customization and updates are done through there. This also has a switch to work with Apple Mac computers as well as the Mac Command and Option icons on the keyboard. I'm not sure if they make an Armoury Crate for Mac, however. The battery seems to last pretty long especially if you dial back the lighting brightness a bit off 100%. It comes with a nice cover that you can rest they keyboard in and which provides extra grip on the bottom. The price is more than I think it should be, but falls in line with every other keyboard in its class. Overall I think this is a great keyboard and would recommend this as long as the price is comfortable for you.

THE BEST, SIMPLE
Was searching for a few years. I now own about 8+ keyboards. This is my go-to. I swore from writing reviews, yet here I am. It's my daily. The build quality is off the charts. Then add that to the feel of typing, sound, lighting, size, etc. I've found my home keyboard. Only wish there were more colors. Only downfall is lack of customization. Don't wanna buy another all white one.

Good keyboard, but be careful if you have screen bar.
Typing experience is perfect. Nothing to complain. I got the blue switch one, it has the blue switch feel but not the blue switch noise, so this is perfect for me. One thing to complain though: I have a screen bar as my desk light, and because the top part of the keyboard is so clear and reflective, like a mirror, it always reflects the light when i was typing, pretty annoying. Other than this, everything is fine.

This is by far the best 65%-75% keyboard I tried after testing many brands and switches.
I became hyperfixated on building a new keyboard recently and ended up landing on this one. I tried 3 different Keychron keyboards (with custom switches and keycaps, 3 different Corsair keyboards and tested a couple of other brands (LG, Razer) at best buy. I wasn't fully satisfied with any of them. I decided to try this one since I have a lot of other ASUS ROG gear, and I was looking for a 65% keyboard specifically. I bought both the Red and Blue switch version. I wanted the blue tactile keyboard for home, and I wanted the same keyboard but quieter for the office and the Red switches work for that. I also primarily use Mac so the Win/Mac switch makes it easy. The shine through key caps are nice and crisp. The Keychron ones I tried were all uneven and looked terrible. I also like the simple aluminum look of the Falchion as well. The only downside I have noticed so far is the software (ASUS Armoury Crate) isn't as advanced or as customizable as Keychron or Corsair. I also wish this keyboard came in black, but the white does also look pretty good with the aluminum.

Low Profile set a new standard
Im glad I got this keyboard, never had a low profile keyboard but this feels so clean and easy to type and work on. I had a razer blackwidow 65 and the low prolife on the ROG falchion feel SOO MUCH better and easier to type with. Software could be annoying if you want to fiddle with it, but isnt that the same for every software? The feel of the clicks are nicer if you have the lp blues as I feel a better responsiveness to it.

The box was open upon arrival. The keyboard did not have its cover (the plastic protective hard case). All the accessories were opened too. Super bummed. Returning the item.

I'm not a huge fan of blue switches, but since this keyboard only comes in blue or red, I had to get the blue one for the tactile feedback. However since it's low profile, it's not as noisy as your typical blue switches, which is a huge plus for me. I've been using low profiles keyboard for a good 3 years, previously on Logitech G915. Although I've been a Logitech fanboy since I have memory, I have to say this keyboard is several leagues above G915. The keycaps don't wobble, material feels more premium and less slippery/plasticky. Wireless perfomance/battery life is on par with Logitech, and the form factor is way better (G915 has a pretty sparse layout despite being TKL for some reason) Some cons on the keyboard: - The touch sensor for volume adjustment can be finnicky. It's definitely less reliable than a scrolling wheel type, but it's usable - (Huge minus) You can't redefine the Fn+key combination. Those are all baked into the hardware I assume. Those Fn+keys are super important for 65% keyboards, so I had to reassign a few thinly used keys (right Ctrl, right Alt, Ins etc.) to other keys to fit my workflow. - Software is bad. So far it hasn't irked me beyond comprehension like Razer's does, i.e. it doesn't bug out the keyboard and make it useless, so at least there's that. But it's definitely clunky and I'd avoided using it once I was done with the initial set up

Its fantastic. No issues, and paired with an Asus mouse I don't have any cables on my table. Armoury crate sucks but after updating the keyboard you don’t need to use it. I wish it came in a black version. The White is beautiful but I'm in constant fear for its continued cleanliness. 10/10 keyboard if your looking for low profile. I got mine on sale so it was much cheaper then other options.

Es un teclado muy bonito y compacto, cumple con propósitos para gaming y para tareas básicas. Tiene diferentes modos de personalización con la aplicación "Armoury Crate".
