Benefiber Dual Action Biotic Plus Stress Relief, 18 Count Stick Packs

I’ve used these before and I really like them. I did ask for a refund because they shipped it and just an envelope not a padded envelope just one of those white envelopes and it got crushed and everything was open and if it wasn’t medication, I wouldn’t care, but I do like this a lot.

I’ve been trying Benefiber Dual Action Biotic Plus Stress Relief stick packs for a couple of weeks now, and overall I’ve had a mostly positive experience with them. The formula seems to help support my digestive comfort and overall gut balance when taken consistently, and I appreciate that it includes both prebiotic and probiotic support in one packet. The flavor is mild and easy to take with water or mixed into beverages. One thing I noticed is that the powder doesn’t dissolve as quickly as I would like. Even when stirred vigorously, it tends to clump slightly before fully blending. It isn’t a deal-breaker, but it does take a bit more effort to mix than I expected compared to other fiber sticks I’ve tried. The stick packs are convenient to carry and easy to use when traveling or at work. I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or discomfort while using them. Overall, this product delivers on digestive and stress-related support for me, but I would have liked smoother, quicker dissolving for a better overall experience.

This is an easy to carry item that you can add to a water bottle or a juice of your choosing. The value is somewhat decent for what it is. The Taste is subtle not very overpowering. The powder dissolves easily so there is no texture.

This helped on the days I felt like I would never poop again! It didn’t help as fast as I’d hope, but after a day of drinking 2 packets I’d usually be able to go the next day. I like that these are in individual serving sizes so I didn’t have to worry about measuring out the appropriate amount of powder. The packets were easy to open and use daily. It tasted pretty good, it had a slight berry taste to it which enhanced the drinks I mixed it into. The powder initially clumped up if I added it into anything cold but after a while it would settle and there wasn’t a gritty texture to it. Overall I thought this product was effective and I wouldn’t mind using it again.

Helps flush out 💩 that would probably be left behind with just a normal poop. The taste was not bad. . . but I mixed mine with pineapple juice. Would definitely by again.

Not sure if fiber is worth it. The taste is not my favorite, but I do put in in a 40 oz water bottle.

I love these! I take one every morning along with a pure boost energy drink in a water bottle and feel less stressed and less bloating. I used to use the Arbonne gut health sticks but it was getting too expensive at $60 per box. These are a great price and work better!
