Handy
Pretty handy to keep in the car. It's shocking how many public places do not have sharps disposal. I'll either bring this thing in with me or just put the spent tip in my pocket (with the cap) until I get back to the car.

What an answer to the unasked question! I wasn’t even aware these were a thing but so glad I found them. Great size for my travel case and safe to use. Easy to use and a decent price. I appreciate the tactile feedback from the device that lets you know when it’s closed.

Nice and small but quirky
So I use an insulin pen with pen needles. You CANNOT use this if the cap is back on the needle which means taking it off and putting it in with the needle exposed. We bought these for the car so putting a needle in a bouncing target while going down the road isn’t great. Tried unscrewing it in the device itself and it doesn’t work well at all so not user friendly. Remove the needle and try to get it in without another finger stick LOL and then you still have to toss the cap cover. Just don’t find it as helpful as we expected. Size is great but not without other issues. Won’t buy again.
