Good Product
The country cook cast iron kadai is good for use. The maintenance is not that difficult and taste of food is noticeably different and nice. Only thing I noticed is the black color is coming out and the kadai looks little patchy post multiple wash.

Beautiful kadai... one main point is I received exactly the same item which they shown in the picture... bcoz some of the products like kadai when we order online and received different product... And this one is really good.. I made gravy, fry and upma... recipes like upma will stick or burn at the bottom area.. but I think this will happen in all other materials also except non- stick... And one main point is there is no black color is coming out while cooking and no bad smell (iron's smell) ... these 2 are the major problems with iron cookware.. They are providing a silicon handle cover that is also great... so far I am happy with this buy...

Worst product, black coating comes out during cooking.
This product initially looks good. But after one cooking only there is black coating comes out and it’s a reasonable amount. It’s easily mixed in your food . Which is bad for health. Hence returned this product after 2 days of use.

Quality and Color
The surface is too rough and uneven, and the black seems unnatural like it's coated with some chemical paint. And I ordered the one with a black colored lid but I received orange which looks bad.

Very good finish
I am using this on a daily basis for veggies. The only thing we have to be careful is 1) to transfer the food out to a ceramic or glass blow, or it will darken and get an iron taste, and 2) it has to be washed up imediatly. If left on the sink, it will rust. 3) after washing, heat it up and lightly oil it - otherwise, it will get rusted. I use coconut oil
