I am always a fan of this brand. It is very effective! My sleep quality is great every time I take this, but pls know that not everyone is the same. It is a great value for the money. The side effects, I don’t know anything, probably a good side effect that makes you sleep like a baby. I heard there are some that are allergic with it but I am not so I love this product. The brand is superb! Of course the ingredient is valerian root extract.

Huele muy muy feo, hasta la sensación en la boca es extraña. No me ayudó en lo absoluto a dormir y ahí lo tengo casi nuevo.

Great product! I've been struggling with sleep issues for YEARS and I'm so glad I tried this. I am so restless when I sleep that I toss and turn for hours on end, and this has definitely helped relieve it more than anything else Ive tried (and Ive tried just about everything). I do want to say the smell is off putting, but power through as the taste is tolerable. It's potent, I do feel groggy the next morning but it's worth getting sleep as i can go a week or more getting only 3 hours per night or less of sleep and it really affects my health. I'm hoping I will acclimate more over time and the groggy feeling may subside. Definitely worth trying if you have restless sleep, I am happy I did and will repurchase. Here's hoping it will continue to work.

This is so weak. I can tell because proper valerian extract isn't supposed to be so sweet and have little potency. I can not feel any effect from this product. Waste of money, do not buy if you want effective valerian root.
