I've been taking this supplement for a few months now. Started off with taking just one a day, by the end of the first month I was hooked. Every night before taking these, my feet would kill me. Haven't felt the full benefit yet but struggle with Hashimoto's & trying different supplements. Very easy to take but may be more than my budget can handle.

Trying to eliminate Metformin, so I tried the Berberine supplement. Kinda works, but my BS is better controlled on Metformin. I do not take any insulin and using Metformin my BS is well controlled. I was trying to avoid the long term side effects of Metformin with something natural. Berberine may work, but I will try a different brand as these pills do not work well for me.

My concerns are its made fir Vitamin Earth but doesnt say where the products are actually from. And when I look up Vitamin Earth LLC I dont find it anywhere. Ouch???

I love the combination in this formula, all good quality ingredients and they were part of my weight-loss diet plan earlier this year (goal achieved, on time!). However, I continue to take 1 cap daily for maint as it’s good stuff. It’s not cheap, but it’s a little better with Subscribe & Save!
