Had these for 5 months now. We go on frequent runs outside and these have been absolutely wonderful. They are so easy to strap onto your hand, the size and fit is perfect and they DO not leak. I’ve washed and used these many times and can confirm the taste was only silicon-like the first one or two times. Just soak them and wash and the taste goes away quickly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY GREAT IDEA *by G***Y on March 22, 2025* Full disclosure, I don’t like to carry anything on my hands while I run, so that fact that I am singing this product’s praises say a lot! The quality of the flask is amazing (I just wish it held more water). It does not leak and the drinking part is very good. You squeeze down with your teeth and the water comes out. I saw a lot of reviews that had issues with the strap (I did swell at first). They are just using it wrong. For the strap to be effective, the bottle needs something on it. So as I drank my water while running, I would blow air on the bottle and that kept it sturdy against my hand and keeping the strap tight.
