Great quality relaxer
This is one of the best relaxers I have used. The quality is impressive it has a smooth, creamy consistency that applies evenly without dripping, and it leaves my hair feeling soft and silky rather than damaged or brittle. It straightens effectively while minimising breakage, just as promised. For the price, this kit is a winner. You get everything you need in one box: the relaxer, activators, and deep conditioning treatments. It works out much cheaper than going to a salon, but the results are still professional and long lasting. Highly recommend for healthy-looking, straight hair on a budget.

Ruined my hair. Avoid at all cost
Avoid. I stopped wearing weaves, and been using Batana oil for four months and it was so good to see my hair starting to grow and repair after years of wearing weaves. But Afro hair is difficult to manage so I decide to relax my hair to make it easier. This relaxer completely damaged my hair. The week after using it, my hair started to break at an alarming rate. If I had an itch and scratched it, my hair falls out with it. Even if I put my fingers through my hair, a ball of hair falls out with it. I am so so upset having spent time and money nourishing my hair with other good products for months only for this relaxer to now ruin it all. Now I have to cut my hair because it’s just upsetting to see my hair fall out everywhere whenever I run a comb through it.
