Introduced slowly to our three rescues and they're doing really well on this, much better than with conventional baked kibble. You need less of this than heat processed kibble which swells in liquid and provides a false filler. Satisfied that cold pressing preserves more nutrients as what comes out the other end is a lot less these days! Reason for 5 stars is Amazon hiked the price overnight by £6.95. Will buy elsewhere from now on where I can get it for less than £35

I've used Forthglade wet food for my older dog for well over a year and I've been incredibly happy with it. We now have a puppy who came to us eating Forthglade wet and dry. What's different about Forthglade is that both puppies and adults eat the same dry food. My puppy is small, she weighs under 2KG and the kibble is not small, some bits are smaller but most are quite big and it amazes me that she manages to eat it. We mix in some of the puppy wet food and she loves that too. We've had no problems of soft poo over the move to our home and she eats well and is growing well. My older dog will steal the dry food whenever she can so she obviously likes it too. It is, sadly, too expensive for me to buy the dry to feed both my dogs so, for now, the puppy, who is so tiny she barely eats much at all, will stay on it and we will reassess at some point. If you can afford it though then it's great food and I love that it is UK made.

Great food, used with our pup since a young age. Tried another brand that sells a similar product in powder form but went back to Forthglade and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

So when we got our little boy at 8 weeks old, the lady who had him had started feeding him on Forthglade as it’s grain free with no nasties added. We continued to give him this and he had always loved it! As a baby he needed the pieces broken and really soaked in warm water to soften them enough for his little self to eat, and now at 7 months he still has this with a little warm water added and his favourite Forthglade topper. His coat is beautiful, soft and glossy, and he is a very healthy and happy little Frenchie! Wouldn’t feed him anything else :)

these are very hard pellets ,i had to soak them for a while to soften up.the pellets are quite long aswell .i wouldnt buy for a small breed dog .i think there quite expensive for what they are tbh. my gsd did eat them once soaked and mixed with wet food ,i wouldnt buy again tho just because they are hard as stone !

La mia cagnolina lo apprezza, visto le problematiche digestive queste crocchette pressate a fredddo per lei sono ottime !
