Heavy and almost indestructible set. Easy to clean and should last a lifetime. Pricy but you get what you pay for.

I asked my husband for this set for Christmas. I never had good pots and pans before, and have always wondered what that would be like. Well, they are non-stick, and easy to clean. The even heating is beyond any cooking experience I have had--even on the highest heat on the stove, it took quite a while for anything to sear, brown, or burn, and when the food DID, it was all of it, not just the food in the center of the pan. Wow. Just have to allow more time for that. My only complaint is that it is heavy, but OF COURSE IT IS, because it wouldn't work the way it does if it wasn't. Handles stay cool. High end, and worth the money!

Pans are fantastic, makes cooking and clean up a breeze. Use the wok all the time.

We have had our pans for a few years now. We have never had any issues. We clean them after we eat though. They do not sit overnight or go in the dishwasher. We towel dry them as well. We have cook about everything and they are in grat shape. No scratches or worn marks. The bottom is about due for a scrubbing since it is a little brown from our glass top stove. Nothing sticks when we use olive oil correctly.
