Sore muscle relief
My physical therapist used a similiar ball on me during my hip replacement therapy. It worked so well that I bought this ball for personal use. It is great to roll over sore muscles and lower back! Almost instant results!!

Waterlogged
Well I did like it at first, but after I rinsed it off it got water inside the ball. I can't get the water out there doesn't seem to be any leak, it's so weird

Works great!
I am currently waiting on knee replacement surgery, so icing my knees multiple times a day. I bought this hoping it would help to massage the muscles more. It sure does! Where the ice packs just sit there, the roller can get around the knee cap. Wish I bought it sooner.

Perfect and does the job…

Not what I was hoping for
I was hoping that this item would help with my plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, I find it to be most useful when I stand on the metal ball. Otherwise it’s difficult to provide enough force using the handle. I do like the cold feeling it has (even with it not being in the freezer) and use it mostly on my calves and quads.
