The product is great and has a long battery life. I would say atleast 8 to 9 hrs. However the problem arises when charging or when the battery is low. It won't show you that the battery is low or doesn't emits light when it's battery is low. When the battery is totlly out it stops working that is how you know that the remote doesn't have ny more juice. Even when charging with the given USB type C it doesn't charges properly and you have to connect to a mobile charger to charge it then again the light goes out and you won't know if it is fully charge. It's one of the major draw back in this remote. If only the manufacturer gave a light to signal out the battery percentage it would have been great for which I have deducted 1 star for this product. Edit:: after using for one month here are few things which I am suffering from. 1. You won't know if the battery is full. 2. You won't know if the battery is going to run out. 3. As mentioned in its instruction it's USB cable doens't works. 4. Can't use when plugged in for charging. 5. Can't reset as there is no clear instructions 6. While playing the game all the light in the indicator will light up and it will get disconnected. 7. You won't get any recommendations or help from the company as there is not much available in the website or in the internet. My RECOMMENDATION DONT BUY IT

Guys this will be a review for Xbox 360, i know there arent many of these here. I bought Max Link Plus controller and completely ignoring this gimmicky lighting thing - first thing i noticed was that it has Digital triggers; which means forget playing any racing game properly because every other controller you have ever played on has Analog triggers which lets you choose a value in between proper "close" and "open" option - this controller just has a 0 and 1 trigger which means you will either be completely stopped or going full throttle in any game and nothing in between. This wasnt really that bad right? Its not a bad thing you can work around it by just tapping the trigger again and again instead of fine-tuning it so why 1 star? Here it is - After 2 days of use, controller suddenly stopped giving input to Xbox 360 console. It works fine on PC, i tested each button and everything is fine but it just would not work with Xbox 360. I tried Calling zebronics customer support but they never pick up, i emailed them and they responded With the same exact steps which they mentioned on their manual, you really think people dont know how to even connect a "PLUG AND PLAY" controller? At the end i just ordered a refund from amazon and this piece of e-waste will be gone tomorrow. This has been my general experience from Zebronics products in all categories, Ive tried their power banks (not working after a week), their Type-c Usb adapters for pc (weird glitches after few days) and i understood one thing that they target cheap audience. They make their product soo cheap that people will buy it once atleast before either just bearing the loss or returning it. Never buying anything of Zebronics ever again, its also a chinese company so yeah it does makes sense.

The controller worked good for few months until the right analog started to stick drift into oblivion. The product is otherwise good but experiencing stick drift in few months is unacceptable and I didn't even do heavy gaming in the controller as I mostly play with keyboard and mouse.

Piece of rubbish. They should call it the Zoolander. Because it refuses to go left. So in a word, useless. Replacement is not thru Amazon but you will have to take it to the service centre. Might add a service centre experience review later. EDIT: (additional) Had to take it to the service centre myself. Staff at service centre is very helpful and they seem to be dealing with a LOT of of returns replacements and repairs as the place is full of returned cartons of all kinds of products. They kept the gamepad and said they would call in about a week with either a repair or a replacement. Nobody called. On following up I was told a replacement was on its way to them. Finally had to organise a courier to pick up the replacement which came in around 3 weeks and I had to keep following up. Sadly, the replacement has the same problem after 15 mins of use. Stick will suddenly slow down when going left. Actually the replacement doesn’t go up/forward very well either. I give up. More than 2.5k and time and effort wasted.

Please don't purchase this product as it is not working with my 65 inches tv and it is totally waste of money for me because it is not working and I did not recognise that this product don't have return policy and Amazon is not ready to compensate at all and the quality is also very cheap problem is it is connecting with my tv but buttons are not working and service center is saying product as all ok.. My humble request to customer please don't purchase products which don't have any return policy because if it will not work or you want to return it then there will be no any option my 1700 rs got wasted and flipkart is far better than amazon they always help customers in these matters but amazon never .

Not worth the hassle, The build quality and everything else was ok. But what was bad that the R2 analogue sensitivity was too low but L2 button was working fine aka defective unit . So naturally i asked for a replacement, It was not allowed so I contacted Zebronics, they said ship it from your own money or come to service centre. The fact that it as defective in Arrival was not acceptable, the nearest Service centre to me was 200KM away as my location is in Rural area. It would have taken me more money to sent it or visit from my location for a product i didn't even used . Not worth it as forget about refund it didn't even have replacement option. To my surprise Amazon customer care representative was more help than the Zebronics team. But at your own risk.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a defective product, as demonstrated in the video I have provided. I received a joystick that exhibits stick drift. Although I submitted this item to the Zeb care service for repair, the same defective product was returned to me, despite their claim that it had been repaired. As I perform the circularity check for the joystick, it does not provide a full circle output. In the first pic you can see the stick drift and in second one too I really hate the product,i need to return or replace the product. I won't trust zebronics product again,hating zebronics to the core.

The features and responce to execute was good, just for a week, then the gap of two three days of break, and the controller strated to disconnect automatically and then the noise of electric flutter is heard, since then the controller behaves same, within 5 seconds controller switchs off just before switching electric fluttering noise. My suggestion is buy original controller for the specific brand or product, reason is straight right now is stand spending as per original controller cost. No value for money Gaming performance Feels substandard product equivalent to condom use once.
