This is a well engineered LS Swap AC bracket for my 1994 OBS Chevy 1500. Install went very well and only about 45 minutes total. The belt that used is in the photos.

I have a 1995 k1500 Silverado which has the factory a/c compressor that's on the bottom left on the 5.7l engine. I did a ls (LQ9) swap and had to make a homemade bracket to mount the ac compressor on the top right of the engine, as there is zero room to install on bottom left of engine. This bracket worked okay for a couple years but there was too much torque on it and it would break 1 particular mounting bolt constantly causing ac and power steering failure. I researched and found this bracket, designed (as stated) to fit my application. It is fairly steep in the price for 2 aluminum brackets and mediocre accessories, but I bit the bullet and bought it. I'm glad I did. Works great, sturdy and withstands the torque, and no broken bolts. Easy to install, even if you're a novice. So, if you're doing a ls swap, this is most likely the bracket you're needing on the mid 90's Silverado's. gl

Don’t be tempted to buy the “NICECNC” A/C bracket here on Amazon like I did. You WILL have belt issues, those cheap ones won’t stay alighted and your belt will wonder and fall off. Then you have to buy another $50 belt. So just save yourself the headache and frustration and get this one, you will be better off, it even looks better too. After installing this ITC A/C bracket on my 1996 c1500 with an Ls truck 5.3 (using the stock alt/PS bracket) I have had no issues at all, it seems to run smoother also!

Nice fit!! A little hard for me to be patient while installing it but I really liked how it looks and no squeaky belt or anything!! Well made bracket I highly recommend

This is a perfect fit for my ls swap on my 1991 silverado. I used a gates k061099 serpentine belt

In the first four photos the bracket is mounted on a '02 5.3 engine, which is installed in a 1992 Chevy 1500 that was originally outfitted with a 4.3 V6. The bracket fit well and is constructed of high grade aluminum. As you can tell by the photos I had no issues mounting it I am using a truck water pump on that vehicle the upper radiator hose was very close to the belt. The way that I used a Chevy 5.3 cold air intake I was able to zip tie the upper radiator hose to the air cleaner and let hose which gave me that extra clearance. The fifth photo is a 02 5.3 in a 1991 Chevy Caprice, we are running the firebird intake and water pump on that one the bracket fit fine however the plug ends up under the bracket and I won't be able to plug it in this way. I'm sure if I really wanted to I could figure it out in this configuration. The customer's AC compressor on the Caprice is in need for a rebuild so we're going to find an r4 with the plug orientated differently.

Easy to install looks great in the engine bay just read what exactly it's supposed to fit what LS engine it fits The truck won the Corvette won't etc they're different
