Size is small and tight, not snug. I am a regular 7.5 womens. I purchased 6.5 mens and had to return and ordered 7.5 mens. I have some extra room. I think 7 mens would fit snug and eventually stretch out to the perfect size. However; I tend to want extra room. Feet continue to grow anyways, so these will hopefully last a while. Traction is great. Support is ok, not made for arch support. Weight is fairly light. Too early to say how durable. The color black, white, and neutral nude rubber sole allow versatility to anything you wear. For ease, it is not easy to slip off when trying to remove. You must untie the laces a good amount. Overall, I like them so far. I’ve only worn them for one week so far.
