Compré esta herramienta por qué una influencer lo publicó y qué error tan grave cometí, solo la utilice para probarla, no es lo que esperaba , no cumple para nada con lo que promete , no baja la raíz de mi cabello grueso , quizás para una persona con otra textura de cabello , fuincione , pero para el mío noooo

Love this product! I got this for my daughter for Christmas and she uses it very frequently. It straightens her hair very well and is high-quality. The heat level is great and will not burn her hair, but it also works well. It does sometimes get tangled in her hair, but it is a very easy fix! It is not too heavy for her to hold, so it is very easy to use. It is very safe and is easy to shut off. Would highly recommend!
