Do not waste another day without it! *by V***M on November 20, 2022* I put off buying the cushion because of the price. After reading a 1 star review I was concerned of having to pay for return shipping and restocking fees if I didn't like the cushion. But since I meditate everyday, the cost of the Alexia is about $1 a day for the first year which is worth it to me. Next, I didn't know if I should get the vegan leather or fabric. I don't know much about vegan leather. Is it like vinyl, will it become sticky over time, last in hot environment, stick to my skin if I sweat? It was important for me to have durability of fabric and would be easy to keep clean. I was afraid of not being able to clean the fabric vs vegan leather if I spilled something on it or that color could rub off from my clothes. Reading the Q&As put my mind at ease that I don't eat or drink on my meditation cushion today, nor do I wear meditation attire that rubs off color. In the end I chose fabric because I have a 13 year old fabric Sun and Moon meditation cushion that is in great shape. The Alexia fabric is as durable and seems to be sewn together well.I was so excited when my product arrive. Packaging was good and no setup needed except to take it out of the box and bag. I sat down for meditation right away. I am 5' 2". My legs easily and comfortably slipped into the cavities made for them. My knees felt so supported pushed up on both sides. There's a slight tilt forward on my butt that feels great on my spine, and back. I've had a pinched nerve on my butt from meditation for over a month now, but don't feel it wheb usin Alexia. When I sit on a zafu and zabuton my arms don't naturally reach my knees. I need to stretch my arms; therefore, I tend to clasp my hands above my navel while meditating. Now with Alexia my arms effortlessly stretch out and hands comfortly rest on my knees in a mudra with my fingers. With the Alexia I worry less about my body (e.g., how long will my legs last before going numb, back hurt or butt burn). With the Alexia, I feel the chair is supporting me not only physiccally, but mentally, emotionaly, and spiritually, as well. I can sit longer, look forward to meditating, and have better focus on practicing meditatuon because i don't have to worry about the body aches!! I highly recommend this meditation cushion. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relief! *by A***O on April 1, 2021* A few years back I saw this and didn't want to spend the money. Had I known that I could have saved years of discomfort, I would have bought it without a second though. Every body is different, but for me, this is a game changer when it comes to prayer. I typically experience pain in my knees and numbness in my feet when I sit for long periods. With this well made seat, I sit without those discomforts and am able to feel stable and erect. well worth every penny. Thanks to whoever made this amazing product! ### ⭐⭐ Hips BELOW knees *by K***. on March 10, 2024* This does not allow proper meditation posture, as my hips are below my knees. Your legs might not hurt anymore, but your back will. If you don't slouch forward, you feel like you will fall off backwards. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I have the back proped up on my old cushion to make it functional, or I might try using it against a wall. For one of the most expensive meditation cushions/chairs on the market, I shouldn't have to modify it.
