I’ve been extremely happy with this mini split. It cools quickly, runs quietly, and the WiFi feature makes it convenient to control from my phone. Installation went smoothly, and the system has been reliable and energy efficient. Excellent value compared to much more expensive brands. Has Super function and keeps my great room super cool during Texas summers.

This is a great AC unit! Also does great heating. It is cooling and heating the whole first floor of my house, which I didn’t expect. I have had it a year, so it has now taken me through one of the coldest winters and warmest summers on record in Springfield MA and has completely exceeded my wildest expectations. Very quiet, maintains a steady temperature… does everything right! I am back to buy another. Also it didn’t spike my utility bills!

Impressively impressed with this unit for the price , considering I had all the install equipment from my 4 unit mini split system I installed a year earlier this one was easy to set up and install , most everything is included for a basic install .. it runs great even the WiFi was a plus for schedules and timer functions

This AC unit works well, keeps the room cool and comfortable. I’ll test the heating function when the weather gets colder. I was impressed with how quiet it is both inside and outside the house. Easy to install but specialized equipment is required such as an air compressor with vacuum capabilities and gauges. I installed the units myself but because I didn’t have the equipment needed, called a professional for the connection between the two units. I’m very happy with the purchase and am considering purchasing another unit for the garage.

My condenser failed and I have been trying to reach someone for help and have not found any. I like the unit. I would love to keep it, and I hate to think that I might get stuck with it because it appears that they will give you your refund, but you have to pay to have it sent back. At that amount it’s just like buying a new one. I don’t think I’ll be buying anything else from Amazon at least not this big. Several days later I received a message from the company. They said they would send out a replacement condenser. If they do and the unit works the way it did the first time I will rate them way more than 1 star for making it good.

I am beyond thrilled with the Rovsun mini-split units. I have 1-17,000 BTU for living room, dining room, and kitchen and 2- 11,000 BTU units for the bedrooms. They are super quiet and efficient. I cannot wait to see my next electric bill. I’m guessing my bill will be cut 70%. Thank goodness. So happy with these units. Love the remotes. My guy installed the 3 units in less than 8 hours. He used to own his own heating and air business.

I bought two of these for my 1200 sq ft house with 10 ft ceilings. Literally saved my life. Do not replace your traditional unit, get these. WiFi and save on energy costs. It did cost me about $800 to get two units installed but that made it $1600 instead of $12000. You will need to get them installed it’s not DIY.
