My young adult AuDHD kid has suffered with migraines for years. They informed me that these are a miracle- they help with grounding, they find the pressure of wearing it to be sensory-friendly, and help them to regulate their temperature. Their only complaint was that the cold fades away really quickly. I will probably buy another one so they can swap them out when they don't feel as cold anymore.

I keep this gel ice cap in my freezer at all times until I need it. It is very comfortable for me n very easy to use. I love the stretchy material n the feel of the gel inside. It's pretty heavy duty so u know u got ur money's worth. There is no scent to it n the cold feel it gives lasts for a couple minutes. I enjoy it whenever I use it on my head n my eyes. Definitely recommend this product.

As someone who has suffered chronic headaches for over 10 years, I’ve tried everything and this is probably the best ice pack I’ve tried so far. I have used them many times and they help so much, especially when laying down. I feel it has the perfect tightness on your head and is cooling all around your head and I absolutely love that it can be pulled all the way down to your nose. It’s perfect for sinus headaches. Since it’s a gel pack inside it is very soft and makes it so easy to lay down or sleep with it as compare to traditional ice packs. I personally keep them in a zip lock in the freezer to protect them. I only have two complains 1. When you take it out it is extremely cold! )especially if you leave it in the freezer at all times as I do. I know the point is to be cold but it is almost so cold it hurts on your face or scalp. This may not be the case for everyone but it was for me. 2. It doesn’t stay cold for very long, which was to be expected, it says cold about 30-45 minutes. I saw in previous reviews saying this so I bought the two pack so I can use one while the other stays in the freezer then swap out! I would still highly highly recommend anyone with headaches/migraines to get it!

I purchased this in a desperate attempt to relieve the crushing 24/7 concussion headache at the base of my skull and around both sides of the back of my head. My neurologist directed me to stop taking OTC meds and I can’t tolerate the usual RX options. Regular ice packs felt good but wouldn’t stay in place or cover the full area. They were also crunchy and didn’t maintain the right temperature. The heating pad didn’t mold to my head, had wires to deal with and keeps me stuck lying in bed.Then I remembered these warm/cold caps from previous research for my regular chronic headaches around my eyes and forehead. Decided to give it a shot!Because it’s been hot here, I have only used the cold so far and LOVE IT! It has helped the concussion headache so much. The effect doesn’t last too long once I take it off, but at least I can get a couple hours of relief at a time which is glorious. It’s extremely comfortable, molds perfectly to my head, has the exact right level of coolness, and I can walk around and do my thing while it’s on. I want to wear it all the time, it’s that good! If I need to sit and rest my eyes from the very, very bright concussion light, I can pull it down over my eyes for black-out, coolness and light pressure.The warm/cold is all the way around the head except for a small area at the crown which is just fabric. There isn’t a ponytail hole that other products have. It is very, very soft - both the fabric itself and the padding with the gel inside, not crunchy or stiff like other reusable ice packs. It completely molds to your head, but not in a tight, constricting way (I have a big head for a woman, lots of hair and most regular hats are too tight for me). The cap is heavier than you’d think, which I think makes it even more comfortable and soothing. There’s a bit of a weighted blanket effect, and the cold/pressure combo is a good sensory tool for me.It’s ready to wear after 45-60 minutes in the freezer and will last up to 2 hours, with less coolness for another hour (meaning not cold to the touch, but kind of like a cool pillowcase).I immediately ordered a second one so I can rotate in/out of the freezer, a third one for my sister who has chronic migraines to try, and recommended it to all my friends who struggle with headaches AND those who use ice on the head or cold water on hands as a sensory interruptor for themselves or their neurodivergent kids to re-regulate in moments of high stress.Clearly, I HIGHLY recommend it and the price point is great!

Works great. The top cap part doesn't freeze, I got this one because I was hoping it did, still a great product though. It does get very very cold so I just set it on the top of my head until it's a good temperature for my face. For this one and another brand to try out so I could swap them when they get to warm.

Works amazing! Freezer and fridge and heat!!!!!! My husband is an amputee. He uses these on his leg nubs when he takes his prosthetic off. They rejuvenate and refresh his blood circulation!!!!!

I love this ice cap. I keep it in the freezer. I had eyelid surgery with lots of swelling and found this cap very helpful with my recovery. Found it soothing. The coldness doesnt last very long but it helps keep little ice packs in place.

This is not any better than the four other black (more expensive) ones I have. It seems to have less gel overall and has large seams on the sides which detracts from the cooling around the entire head. The closed section at the top of the head is not cold; it's just the covering of the cap. No gel. The product doesn't stay cold (after being frozen overnight) any longer than the others. It stays cold less than 20 minutes. The pink color is pretty. I like that the best.

I wish I found this sooner! A really great product for headache relief, the material it is made from is extremely soft making it very comfortable to use. I keep mine in my freezer and find I need to leave it out for a few minutes before putting it on my head as it can be a little cold. It also stays cold for a long time

I bought mine for around 3 euros 1 years ago, had to be wrong price, either way I was shocked when I saw the new price :OBut it works so I rekommendera it.

This thing is awesome. Took me long enough to find something like this that is comfortable.As someone who suffers from chronic migraines this thing has been spot on. It fits over my big head full of thick heavy hair nicely. And I like that it can cover the eyes if I get really bad for pain or sensitivity. The top doesn’t have an ice pack so I’m sure I could cut a little hole if I wanted to put my hair through, but at this point it’s great.Maybe this company will come up with something like that with an Ice pack in the top and a hole for hair it is long haired people want to totally lift the hair up leaving no weight from hair on the head.Only thing is that - understandably - it only stays cold for about 20/30 mins at a time but that’s not surprising since most of your heat loss is from your head. But it does the trick well enough to get me me to sleep and relax and improves things to get me at a functional level.

Hele fijne muts op voor de migraine, zou nog beter zijn als het aan de bovenkant open was dan komt je haar niet in de verdrukking( vandaar een ster minder).
