Love taking nettle root for overall health but wanted a brand that wasn't from China.

I'm very disappointed with the bottle I had. It didn't perform as it said! It doesn't taste good. The price I paid it should have helped cough up mucus. But I haven't! And I used this with the mullen!!

I have always wanted to harvest the nettle by our creek but I don’t know if I have the guts to make sure it’s good to consume after doing so. The nettle plant hurts when touched and I think going with a reputable company is a much better way! I have always heard there is a huge benefit in taking nettle and I’m excited to see the benefits of it over the next month. I did take a couple of dropper fills and put them directly into my mouth but it is strong! It is doable though. I do find it easy to put it directly into water though and you hardly taste it. I wish the dropper had measurements on it. Counting out 40 drops is tedious and I don’t do but just use two dropper fulls instead. This is an alcohol and sugar free formula. Seems like it is manufactured by a company that cares about their customers asking to contact them with any questions you might have. Made In Italy.

The instructions are to put 40 drops of tincture in a glass of water and drink it. I counted 40 drops and it was about two squeezes of the dropper into a glass of water. I then use the diluted tincture in water to swallow my other vitamins. I noticed no stomach upset or other issues. The tincture in water has no flavor I could detect. The instructions for use on the box appear to be in French, Italian, and English. According to Healthline: "Stinging nettle is a nutritious plant popular in Western herbal medicine. It may reduce inflammation, hay fever symptoms, blood pressure and blood sugar levels — among other benefits." According to my research stinging nettle nettle has been used for centuries from medical use to keeping Roman soldiers warm in winter, to corporal punishment for criminals. It has a long history of many uses. This is a product of Italy.

It's a large bottle, so it's great that it doesn't expire for 3 years.
