I am getting up in years and I started noticing issues with my short term memory. I decided to try some brain food just to see if I had any improvement. I started with Neuriva but it was too expensive for me being on a fixed income so I did some shopping. Take 2 capsules a day for a 3 month supply. Reasonable price and I have been taking them for a couple of months and I really believe it is helping some. Easy to swallow with water. No side effects Iโm aware of. I would say at least for me it has been effective.

I started off one a day for a week as per the directions, after that, two per day. I have been using this product about 4 weeks now and am happy to say it provides some relief from the senior memory issues. My son came over last night and said he noticed a difference in "senior moments" as well. This product is very reasonably priced so a trial will not cost much and may prove to be very good. If you are experiencing "senior moments" I recommend giving this product a try.
